I enjoy these suspenders. The leather construction appears to be top notch. Only one issue I've experienced is the hardware coming unscrewed. I nearly lost one of the pegs to set fit length because of it. But, a bit of loctite, no problems.

Seems to be generally good quality, holding up well so far; however one of the rear clips has stopped working after little more than a week. Additionally, the size guide was misleading: it suggests size M/L for heights 5’9 - 6’4; however, I am 5’11 and the M/L had no holes at the appropriate length for me to use.

I had been looking hard for the perfect suspenders for me and my father as we both love the functionality but have only ever had cheap elastic ones. Then I found Wiseguy. With a nice and concise range of fabrics and models to choose from it was easy to find what I fancied. I ended up going for the hemp lobster clip suspenders "The Scribe" and "The Captain" which caught my eye immediately as I was looking for something pretty hearty. To my suprise, I had accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of them and had gotten pretty worried. Luckily, the great people over at Wiseguy had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, stopping my order and as their moto says; not letting me down! A couple weeks later they arrived and let me tell you they are perfect! Hearty and durable while keeping them looking nice and sleek. Plus, the lobster clips are absolutely amazing and work like a charm! All in all I had an amazing and super smooth experience with Wiseguy Original and I'd buy from them again!

I’ve been wearing my suspenders for about two years. The fasteners have broken twice. I have to admit that I was disappointed in this. However, your excellent customer service made my experience satisfying and refreshing.
I do think that the quality of the lobster clips could be improved.

I alreafy broke a lobster claw luckily there was an extra that came with and swift delivery of pair and extra's good fit and good width

quick response to e-mail inquiries. discount on the new brass lobster hooks. which are heavier and hope they are more durable - time will tell.

disappointed that replacement regular lobster hooks took so long to arrive - received both sets within a few days of each other. handmade brass ones had to be made so knew they would take a while. maybe they got hung up in customs - who knows.
