Awesome quality even with the cheapest package I experience no lag or other issues. When the 26.1 update dropped a few days ago it was very quick and easy to update.

My experience with Wisehosting has been fantastic for the 2 or 3 years I've been using their service. Despite being sited halfway across the world from me their support has been timely (same day - sometimes less than an hour!) and professional. From tech questions to billing questions, they've been outstanding. Can recommend; 10/10.

great server hosting great support that helps in everything has all features that other hosts lack i would like to suggest a feature tho make the instance save when switching to another without updating it manually make it save automatic othere server hosts instance does that anyways i really enjoyed this server host thanks

Wisehosting is one of, if not the best hosting platform I have used. Its support team is always exceptional, and they have never replied later than 6 minutes to my questions and inquires. Not only this, their dashboard is beautifully made with easy access to well, everything, and clearly presented (and even if you cant find something, you can just open a ticket and ask)! Overall, I highly recommend Wisehosting. They are so underrated for the quality in my opinion. Their prices are cheap yet servers aren't laggy (depending on the package). Thank you!

great ticket service, quick and simple

I had a very positive experience with WiseHosting. After noticing a duplicate charge on my account, I contacted their support team and provided the payment details. They responded quickly, reviewed the situation, and issued a refund without any complications.

What stood out the most was how fast and straightforward the process was. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth—they simply verified the information and resolved the issue professionally.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with their customer service. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how they’re handled, and in this case, WiseHosting did an excellent job.

Yet again Benjamin has came in clutch, I used a mod which upped my server storage from 20GB to 92GB, i was very confused on how to reduce this without losing any progress and Benjamin asked for permission to sort it out, In less then 5 minutes my server was fixed, I've really got to give this poor man a break with all the support he has helped me with over the weeks.
