Exceptional Support and Communication with Tomas

Our experience with Wishpond has been excellent, largely thanks to Tomas. He is absolutely amazing and a true joy to work with. We have weekly meetings where we discuss any changes, assistance I may need, or areas of focus for our business.

Even though there have been a few hiccups along the way, Tomas has always investigated and resolved them promptly and efficiently. His communication skills are top-notch, and he's always available during working hours for quick messages and prompt responses. His dedication and support have been invaluable to our business, and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Stefano was very knowledgeable

Stefano was very knowledgeable, very sharp and treated me with the utmost respect. He was a pleasure to work with. My busy schedule and bandwidth constraints did not phase him. He adapted to my rhythm, found the right resources and always executed to meet my requirements.

I am extremely pleased with Stefano's…

I am extremely pleased with Stefano's professionalism and guidance in teaching me how to use tools for effective email campaigns to enhance my business. Our meetings have been comprehensive, complemented by training videos for future use, and have resulted in the excellent development of my landing page. A huge thank you to Stefano!

Thank you WishPond!

This WishPond program did really well (more than we anticipated for sure) and gave us the advantage of presenting to hundreds of architects in the United States. Sometimes multiple times a day. It all seems super overwhelming at first but once you get your feet wet with the process and the influx of inquiries, you get used to it. If there is something you don't like about their program and you want to tweak something, they happily will do so. Nothing is set in stone and you can tailor the program to work how you want it to work for your company.
Their directions were very clear and if we had any questions on how to do things, our Wishpond team was quick and responsive. Always on top of everything we worked on together. Even taught me some stuff about Google, marketing, etc. I really enjoyed working with Monica and Eduardo as they were kind, patient, and dedicated. They provided spreadsheets of all the clients who wanted to proceed with the presentation and a separate (very large) list of architects/designers that we could look at and use for future marketing events. Very well organized so you get what you pay for.

We want to start this program again (that is how much we liked it) for another product line we are launching in the states! Thank you Wishpond!

Non-Delivery of Services:
The agreed-upon period for delivering these services was from May 13, 2024, to June 13, 2024. However, Wishpond failed to deliver any of the promised services within this timeframe. Despite their commitments, they only provided a few generic stock images and did not complete the creation of the landing page, brand board, creatives, or the email drip campaign. Furthermore, there was no configuration or demonstration of PersistIQ and PropelIQ.

Unwarranted Charges:
Since June 13, 2024, Wishpond has attempted to charge my account for an additional $300, claiming that continued payment is required to complete the initially promised services. This is both unreasonable and unacceptable, given that they failed to deliver any tangible results during the first month.

Tomas worked through several different approaches

Tomas worked through several different service offerings to help L&H Motorsports to drive more traffic to our site, the most valuable of were the design aspects that were created for our website. He was very open to getting feedback on changes, improving design, his input and drive of the process was crucial to the look, feel and advertising campaign that was designed around the site.

Stef has been amazing! It has been a process and he has been there every step of the way and doing a great job of explaining everything clearly. Overall i've been very pleased with the experience and look forward to working with him more!

Fraud

Fraud, we have only received 0.5% of the leads collected despite being able to provide proof of payment for the service. They are withholding leads to pressure customers into paying again. Stay far away!

Extremely poor quality for the price

I signed up for Wishpond because they promised me a really slick website. When I received the first draft of my website it contained inappropriate descriptions and images that I specifically requested NOT be included and yet that was still there in the second draft. I chose to discontinue with Wishpond even though they refused to refund my money. They continued to try to charge me despite the poor efforts they made. It was like trying to work with school children who don't listen. I was not impressed with what they gave me for the price they charged me. I can absolutely do better and I did.

Sales people extremely rude and pushy

Sales people are very pushy and will trick you.
This sales guy T, got super rude with me when his little sales tricks didn´t work with me, be aware of these tricks:
1. calling your name all the time to seem nice
2. send you a statement of work document and try to trick you into signing it right on the call.
3. their contract is 6 months minimum, he´ll make it sound like they are doing you a huge favor by letting you in by ONLY 6 MONTHS.
4. criticize you and make you feel bad about ¨not doing anything¨ - AKA not doing anything with them.
I don´t know exactly their service quality but seem pretty basic, building a landing page, capturing some emails, sending some SMS. Wow.
