I appreciate the demonstrated responsibility I have seen in working with Wishpond and would recommend the firm because of its attention to detail.

We engaged the team with an email marketing campaign with the purpose of getting leads and booked appointments. Verbally the sales rep assured us that we would over the 5 min in the contract. As we approached over 60 days. Thousands of communications sent out - not a single inquire NOTHING. The contract said we could cancel after 90 days if we did not have 5 books appointments. But they want us to pay for month three even though they have produced nothing. It was my error in not getting them to put in writing the guarantee. And since the can't get any results they asked us the client to come up with some ideas that might work. If you are going to use them get results confirmed in the agreement or get a full refund my was only termination.
Part Two: Since writing this review which was one star the manager contacted me. Apologized for NO results and proceeded to credit us with the last month. So we have adjusted the rating to 2 stars based on this response. They had another email series go out since the Part One review and no response at all zero.

Response time is second to none, Christian and the team are super responsive. Some creatives didn’t look as I expected, however admittedly that could’ve been due to the limited assets provided and the lower budget as a startup so I wouldn’t necessarily fault the team and most aspects suggested that they’re an excellent team to work with for business with a larger budget for ad spend, pleasure to work with the team
