Lied to my face. SCAM! STAY AWAY.

They lied to my face on a zoom call and said that will terminate our contract for what I had to pay a $600 termination fee. Now that this is done, they are telling me that the contract has simpley been PAUSED!!! WHAT A JOKE. I just want to get rid of them! The last terrible review I wrote 6 months ago, they managed to remove, I suppose they will do the same this time.
If you actually had a good experiance, you should feel very lucky.

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wishpond. Their customer service was terrible, showing a clear lack of expertise. The services and obligations they promised based on their supposed skills were not delivered. The customer traffic and sales from the campaigns they ran were abysmal. Over the six-month contract, there were numerous issues with how the service was provided. Overall, I would not recommend Wishpond to anyone looking for reliable marketing services.

Hopeful at the start

Hopeful at the start. Totally frustrated at the end. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. I was targetted by them. Trusted them, but when things went wrong they assured me all will be well. Things went wrong two to three more times. I also asked what I did wrong, no reaction. The website did not work in some important aspects. In the end they refused to confirm the end of our year contract. It was impossible to end, no one contacted me, support dit not help. I had to have AmEx intervene to end payments and still they harass me to pay. And the website does not work and I have stated time and time again: the contract has ended, I have quit.

If there own marketing campaigns are…

If there own marketing campaigns are anything to go by the. Don’t bother. Repeated spam emails that are unsolicited to numerous email addresses at my company offering to increase sales. No effort in researching our company as we don’t sell any products. So badly written we thought it was a scam!!

Three unsolicited emails so far

Three unsolicited emails so far. I'm in the UK and I have no idea how they think they could do anything for me, the emails are chatty and then insistent, overfamiliar and ridiculous. Thank heavens for Trustpilot, otherwise I would not have a clue as to what they were selling, other than an idea to"add value" to my business. From Vancouver?!

Is Wishpond just a big scam?

Everything which Wishpond's very charming salesperson promised proved to be untrue. I spent hundreds of dollars each month and got literally nothing for my money. The very honest guy who was assigned to interact directly with me - a sort of account manager - did agree that the specialists who were supposed actually to do the work of shaping up my website had done nothing. I gave them a second and then a third chance to get their act together but finally I had to give up and walk away. The experience left me wondering whether the whole thing is just a big scam aimed at sucking money out of small e-commerce companies like mine without any intention of giving anything in return.

I keep being bombarded with emails from…

I keep being bombarded with emails from these people. I have read the reviews and the ones that seem genuine are unfortunately by people who have been scammed.

I would never use a company like this and the fact that they email you randomly over and over goes to show they have to seek out business and it’s not coming directly to them which is ironic as that is what they are trying to sell me.

So far, I am really pleased with your service and working with Estefano has been great. He's always quick to reply and most importantly, I feel like I can trust him. I cannot honestly give 5 stars, since I have not seen any results yet with the marketing campaign. I really don't know if this will work for me.
I am very unknowledgeable when it comes to your side of the business, and I truly want to continue this business relationship. That would mean I am making sales and can hopefully get into the black someday.
