Wrong address correction
I placed my first order last night and used my Apple Pay to pay, but the address that was associated with my Apple Pay was wrong. After a moment of panic I easily found the phone number to send a text message to if I needed any help. I sent the text pretty late in the evening and the next morning Sammy answered my texts and fixed my address and double checked to make sure everything on my account was correct. Now I’m looking forward to trying out agency’s products, and I feel at ease knowing someone is just a text away if I ever need help or have questions

Refund Request
I was charge $122.28 today, but I asked for a refund because I thought I cancelled my subscription; however, I paused it to 31AUG23…thus the charge.
I contacted CS via text and requested the refund. CS responded immediately. I was refunded the $122.28 and subscription cancelled.
I am not working at the moment and I am grateful that this was handled properly and immediately. When I am in a better financial situation, I will resubscribe because I want to continue using your products.
Thank you very much for the immediate attention to this request. My Family and I greatly appreciate you , your time and efforts to resolve this issue so quickly.
