Very amazing host that just has been constantly improving since the formation of it many years ago. It currently, in my opinions, is one of the best shared hosting out right now with pricing to performance.

Been using this for 3 years now in a row.
Hosting is awesome, it just does the job.
The packages are not that pricey, there are good promotions/discounts even if I get late for all of them but overall performance on the server is on another level.

Responded to problem in less than 2 minutes and easily solved it. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

They were helpful. And quick responce time with live chat and fixed the problems we were facing.

The pricing is really good (the best I've seen so far).
The performance is also excellent, even on the budget plan. (for modpacks I recommend at least 3 vCores)

Sadly, over the multiple servers I had there, I almost always had to contact support to resolve something before I could play. However, their response time is usually less than a day and they have always been friendly.

For the past year or two, I've been a customer of Witherhosting, and while their pricing is undeniably attractive, the experience has been a frustrating one.

Support: A Slow and Unreliable Journey

The biggest issue I've encountered is the support team. Responses are painfully slow, often taking an agonizingly long time. I've found myself repeatedly resolving issues on my own due to the lack of knowledge and timely assistance.

Even basic requests, like fixing backup issues (reported months ago!), are met with band-aid solutions and a lack of thorough investigation. It feels like some support staff are more focused on closing tickets than actually resolving problems.

Storage: Unmetered, But With Unrealistic Limits

Witherhosting advertises "unmetered" storage, but the reality is far from that. Every time you upgrade or downgrade your server, the storage resets to a paltry 40GB, their default limit. Then, you have to wait another decade for support to adjust your storage, which they often refuse to do without a "valid reason."

For example, when I needed to upgrade my storage to compile a server, they suggested using their backup system, even though their backup system is notoriously unreliable and doesn't even back up the entire server!

Server Performance: Cheap, But Unstable
Witherhosting's servers are certainly budget-friendly, but the price comes with a trade-off: unreliable performance. This isn't just a matter of my internet connection, as multiple players have experienced the same issues.

The instability extends to their premium servers, which sometimes perform worse than their budget counterparts. This inconsistency makes it difficult to trust their services for anything critical.

Final Verdict:

While Witherhosting offers a tempting price point, the slow, unreliable support, inconsistent server performance, and unrealistic storage limitations make it a risky choice. If you're looking for a cheap and stable hosting solution, you might need to look elsewhere. The headaches simply aren't worth the savings.

I bought a multiserverplan for $130 for my Minecraft server network. So far, the premium specs for such a cheap price have been absolutely outstanding. It handles over 100+ players with 0 lag and consistent 20 tps. I really like the fact that you can make as many servers as you want, and choose your own specs depending on your needs. Truly a life changing host. No lag, amazing hardware. MUST BUY!

good suport, best staff member is like Meng because the other staff ghost me when I need support! I also found out I can make 5 diffrent ips but no more but i guess thats okay.

As someone with experience managing Minecraft servers, I rarely require assistance. However, when I have needed support, they've consistently responded within 20-40 minutes, exceeding the expectations set by some negative reviews I've read.

I've been recommending WitherHosting since I started using their services, and my friends continue to return whenever they need a Minecraft server.

All staff is responding, not too much fast, because your not only customer.

I have NO IDEA why there are ANY bad revies on service here. They helped me a ton through buying the server and setting it up. This is my first day with them and they are great. They responded within 30 minutes.

It doesn't end there, Their panel is beautiful, its buttery smooth unlike some other panels we all fear.

Their price is also incredible, at $1/ a GB. Also they have a VERY large number of locations, and you can easily switch them right from your game panel, I have not used it yet so I cant comment on that too much.

TLDR: Favorite host ever, go buy from them.
