The staff is amazing, I am not super experienced in server management! I have decent knowledge in programming but I started making a minecraft server network (I began on Apex Hosting, and I am planning to move my 3 servers from Apex over to witherhosting).

I have run into issues (caused by me) and the staff always helps me with the most kind and thoughtful attitude! They always explain if I don't understand something, and help me however they can! I'm so grateful!

I love that I can use the multiserver system to setup multiple servers with whatever allocation of CPU/RAM/SSD storage I want, My only issue is that I can't add more than 800% CPU lmao. I got enough to put more than that on each and so now I have used up my storage/RAM allocation and have extra CPU vcores. that's okay though because it'll come in handy when I swap my 3 apex servers over eventually.

Overall they have the best prices, and the best service I have come across. They are also the only hosting service with the Multiserver setup that I have found thus far.

Great customer service, fast response and fast service

Meng was really helpful and went out of his went to assist me with my problem. Similarly all other staff members share this behaviour which is what I really appreciate.

Given 4 stars as everything is perfect except the fact that there's no downtime notification and customers are left to figure out the problem themselves. It would be great to have better downtime notifications.

Witherhost is very helpful and they always helped me in every issues that I got into and they always helped me out of the issues, my server got ddosed today and after i contacted witherhost they stopped the ddos attack in under 5 mins and added extra firewalls protection to my server, i highly recommend witherhost as a host for your server.

The staff are always super helpful and even go above and beyond by taking the time to diagnose issues that aren't their fault. Overall they make the process of running a server much better

I have been dealing with this great hosting for about a year

Witherhosting provides really great service, my server size now is approximately 100 GB (started with them from 0MB) However, they do not complain about increasing the size of my server ( server size is mainly because the world got bigger )

The support is getting better and better over the time i spent with them, 100% they will give you a reply, never got no reply

50% of the times you get quick fast nice replies

And they also use the Ai to answer simple questions you have if it couldn't you can press the button to request human assistant.

I am thankful to Allah first, then I am thankful to them for this wonderful service

this hosting is so cheap and budget friendly and it has features like multiserver that i never saw before
IN CONCLUSION: great server ready for any budget and very fast and easy to use

I just received some support regarding server payments (to keep it vague), and am actually really impressed with their level of support. Actually top tier. Really happy with my decision to go with Witherhosting. (Note: It was 12:30am EST when I received instant support, which blew my mind.)

The intentionally prolonged response times not only inconvenience users but also raise suspicions of a deliberate strategy to surpass the 48-hour refund window (that is already a joke), leaving dissatisfied customers stranded without recourse. The hosting service itself fails to deliver on promises of reliability, and the lack of a responsive support team exacerbates any issues users may encounter. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from opting for Wither Hosting. Their nonexistent support, deliberate delays, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction make them a regrettable choice. Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss by exploring more reputable alternatives that prioritize customer care.
