Ordering online was quick and easy
The process to order online was simple. I have a couple of pairs of Wittner shoes which I love. They are very comfortable and look great. The shoes I have recently received look lovely. They are true to size ( I’m a size 7) but unfortunately I don’t find them very comfortable.

Really disappointing follow up
Really disappointing follow up. Bought a pair of shoes online last tuesday, immediately wrote an email for a pricing discrepancy & still waiting for a response. Last time I sent Wittner an email trying to source a heel for a relatively new pair of shoes, I never got a follow up. Do better!

try before you buy
fast and efficient service, shoes can be different though to what they appear. Have bought many Wittner Shoes in the past although on this occasion, not the same fit as previously. The shoe incline is almost too steep yet I have other shoes with the same height and heel and they are easy to wear.
