Shoes not reaching quality standards?
After completing my order online i was informed few days after by Wittner that :
“Unfortunately we have had a problem in sourcing this shoe for you. Our Online fulfilment teams have advised that the few remaining pairs they have available are not up to the Wittner quality standards we wish to provide our customers.
We regret to inform you that we have to cancel your outstanding order and will be processing a refund.”
The interesting thing is that the shoe in my size is still for sale on the website.

Exchanged for a size up and fits well
The size I originally ordered in this style was much too small despite ordering a size bigger than usual. I was able to return and exchange the shoes very quickly at no additional cost bar return shipping which was a great experience. Thanks Wittner support team for helping with the exchange process.
