Awful company. Darren caused a huge flood in our house and is unable to take responsibility as he is uninsured.

Darren from Wizard Gas Services arrived early on a Monday, explained what needed to be done to service our central heating system and completed the 1st stage then. He gave us instructions of what to do over the next 7 days and returned on the following Monday to complete flushing out our central heating radiators which took around 4 hours . He was very efficient and informative and has done a good job. He also identified a potential further problem which we are happy to ask him to resolve.

Used Darren few months ago for Power flushing the underflooor heating and the rads. I was super pleased with the work that I decided to give Darren the next job as well. He has replaced by 11 year old boiler, fitted new expansion tank and a bronze (hence corrosion resistant) pump. As expected, his work was top notch, timley and exactly as quoted. Top team, top service, Highly recommended

Today your engineer Frank came to sort out our failed central heating boiler. Our local plumbing and heating engineers, having made repeated attempts over the past year, gave us an eye watering quote, turned off the C/H and left us with no heating for a week in this one of the coldest spells of this winter.
Frank was a breath of fresh air. He arrived on time from at 8 am a fair distance away,was focused and efficient from the outset, has a very good manner, and resolved our our problems expertly, diligently and intuitively, identifying several problems which had eluded our local engineers and had contributed to the failure. We
now have a superbly efficient, quiet and smoothly working central heating system, fixed at a competetive cost and will gladly recommend this engineer and this company to our family and friends.

Called the company urgently because of a suspected carbon monoxide issue. They arrived, tested and took necessary action to make safe. Next day they power flushed system and installed a new boiler and programmer. Great work from a caring and professional company.

16 chunky old rads. At best I could only get 4 heating up at any one time. The guys worked tirelessly and thoroughly ensuring the entire system was fully functional, generating heat like never before. No short cuts here! They left with the system completely balanced. A great result. I'd recommend the Fernox Filter to be fitted as well.

Found Wizard Gas Services on a simple Google search and asked for a quote for my radiators to be flushed and received a very reasonable quote. I have a very old boiler which wasn't working properly but previous companies had quoted me several thousand pounds to replace it which I can't afford. When Darren arrived for the radiator flush he also recommended getting a new boiler and found a good deal which I agreed to. The radiator flush was included in the very reasonable cost. He was polite, kept me informed of what he was doing and how I can make some improvements for a more effective boiler. I'd definitely recommend this company to a friend and will be using them in future.

After having no hot water for two days, something we definitely took for granted.We were lucky enough to have Darren reccomended to us. He arrived early this morning with his apprentice who happended to be his son and provided an excellent service in replacing a seriously condemned boiler . He carefully explained the procedure from beginning to end and worked efficiently to complete the task at hand leaving my family with a fantastic boiler as well as changing a faulty socket. I would most definitely recommend his services!!

We use Wizard Gas Services on an annual basis to service and check our boiler and gas fire. They are very polite and always shoes when entering the house. If any parts have needed to be replaced they call the supplier and give me the cost of parts and fitting. Highly recommend.
