Excellent service at WizzHosting

Excellent service at WizzHosting, I have been with them for a whille anow and nothing is too much trouble. I just needed a change making to merge different accounts under one managment portal and Neil and the team did this straight away with no fuss at all. They are truly there to help.

Absolutely the WORST customer service…

Absolutely the WORST customer service and support of any company ever!!!

Emails are always going down meaning no one in our company can work some times for 3-4 days at a time.

4 hours on hold to their (24/7 available by phone) number!

No replies on the live chat.

3 support tickets opened up and no reply for a week.

When i did get a reply asking the to call me they said " no you cant tell us here "

Rude and they never answer, a business customer of 3 years and i cant even get on the phone to cancel my account as they refuse to answer!

STAY AWAYYY!!!!!!

The experience was absolutely excellent! I encountered an issue during my purchase, but Mirko was incredibly helpful and efficient in resolving the problem. Thanks to his support, I was able to complete domain purchase smoothly. I truly appreciate the outstanding assistance and professionalism!

Took ID data - unclear how they process this

They marked my purchase as fraud for no reason, asked for my ID. They then didn't help me to buy the hosting package I wanted to buy once I gave my ID and couldn't tell me whether they were storing my personal ID information or not. Honestly, I found it pretty concerning and I'm slightly worried about identity fraud now.

Not professional at all,

Not professional at all,
I work as a web designer and my client witch have been a customer for almost a year, gave me access to the Cpanel, i contacted the support for a technical issue first they deleted it, i asked why they say it was an error, fine now i explain the issue they take days to respond with no related response to the issue and no guidance, now i am blocked and can't go further, very disappointed

WizzHosting falsely advertises “free…

WizzHosting falsely advertises “free domains,” but it’s a scam. Every time I try to register, they block my IP, making it impossible to claim the offer. Their support is useless—they never respond, never help, and seem nonexistent.

They have no intention of honoring their promises. Instead, they waste customers' time with misleading promotions. A hosting provider that can't even offer basic customer service is not worth a dime. Stay far away!

Not Impressed!

I am a customer and have been for nearly 2 years. i have ran in to a problem with my website domain now not linking and my emails are currently not active.

I have emailed for support, i have raised the ticket via the portal and no one has bothered to hep me.
My business is currntley down there for we can not operate or make money and they cant be asked to reply.

I have bee sat on the phone for an hour an d a half on hold too!

Terrible, and i may have to move my registration elsewhere if this doesn't get rectified.
