I would like to express my gratitude to Wloom for their promptness and high level of service! I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help with any issues. When I had a problem with the delivery and tracking of my package, the company’s staff quickly resolved the situation and offered a solution. It’s truly refreshing when a company is so attentive to its customers.

A delight to order from!

This company is a complete scam. They will take the money for your order and never deliver, with excuse that they have an error in their updating order tracking system. It has been two months since I placed my order and I have requested refund which they refuse to acknowledge, noting I can ask for refund once I receive package (which has never been sent out)

Review: Wloom Cat Ball – Not Worth It

I had high expectations for the Wloom Cat Ball, but unfortunately, it was a massive disappointment.

1. Inaccurate Description – The product does not match the advertised features. It feels cheaply made and doesn’t perform as expected.

2. Noisy – It’s far too loud, than I expected.

3. Ridiculously Long Delivery Time – Took nearly two months to arrive. That’s unacceptable for any modern e-commerce product.

4. Inactive Customer Support – Contacting support was pointless. They either ignored messages or gave generic, useless responses.

5. A Nightmare to Deal With – Between the slow shipping, poor quality, and lack of support, this was a hell of a frustrating experience.

Overall, not recommended. Save yourself the headache and look for better alternatives.

They helped me without questioning my inquiry or doubting me or my sanity, which I actually experienced.
They sent a replacement and when there was seemingly still a problem they even offered to send another replacement but I could make it work. Thanks, great experience, absolutely kind service, glad to be a customer 🙏🏻

After 1 year of honorable service I had a problem with my powerball 2.0.
Alex solved the issue in only 1 working day and shipped a new one.

I accidentally purchased the wrong product powerball 2, I wanted the power ball 3 and Wooloo refunded me immediately without any hassle. On top of that, they helped me update my old saved address to my new one, making the process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciate the excellent support and will definitely be purchasing from them again for my friend. Highly recommended

İ have noticed that I have put the wrong shipping address so I contacted wloom via e mail. They were quick to answer and quickly changed the address to the correct one. Very good service.
