Wished I had seen review before ordering. Just tried on. Within 30 mins my breast's had escaped and bra was sitting above my chest.
Don't buy much on line, but every time I do I am always disappointed.
Can't beat buying local, not on line.

Have to put a star in to make review.
Wrong goods sent Large instead of small, totally uselesss, also not fit for purpose as very poor fabric used.
Wanted a full refund but was refused and told to keep the goods as if they were a gift. Offered voucher and five pounds.
Repeated I would prefer to return goods and be fully reimbursed as I did not want to make any further purchases from them.
Although goods were delivered by Evri which would have cost three pounds fifty, they wanted to charge iro nineteen pounds to return goods to China!

Total waste of money. Wish I'd looked for reviews first. Flimsy unsupportive material and don't fit-I did use their sizing instructions.
My advice - don't be conned ,don't buy!!

These bras are terribly made with inferior fabrics. Please don't waste your money. I have lost over £50. A refund, although assured, is impossible to receive.

I bought 3 bras, perfect for 2 weeks each, but after a wash, they do not support a 67 years old operated breast .
I had breast cancer about 5 years ago and could not support normal bras anymore, I thought I found the bras for me when I read the ads: in fact after one wash, my operated breast kept escaping under the lower part of the soft material.wWaste of money. I tried to tightening them by sewing the sides, no change. The material is very good for a young light breast, not for a heavy older one.

Wished I'd of read these reviews. I would of saved myself £54 I bought 3 bras. Excited to hopefully find a nice supportive bra. It was flimsy material no way does it hold you up, let alone keep you in . Returns policy £4 refund and 30 voucher. Why would you want a voucher to buy another one of their products. I gave up trying to get a refund. So rubbish product rubbish returns policy STEER CLEAR.

I have been very impressed by the way this company has dealt with my problem. They have been very efficient and quick in solving my query. Also replacing my item without any difficulties. I will certainly use them again. Thank you

I wrote a negative report earlier in Sept saying how bad they were and had decided to just put it down to experience but then changed my mind and started to take them to task ...after several emails to them and emails back to me asking for a 5 star review so they could consider a replacement I got really angry and told them I refused to bend to their blackmailing ways and that I would put bad reviews on every platform possible and try to get them stopped from trading in the UK ... I finally got another email from them saying they were prepared to replace the bras without me giving a 5 star review plus I had no need to return the mini sized bras they had earlier sent to me ...Aren't I the lucky one ??? Anyway they did send me 2 replacement bras which must have been made to fit a Barbie Doll !!! I give up .... Just keep warning people not to buy from them they are crooks

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought. They make it very difficult to return any items & you have to pay postage to China. Even when they receive the goods can I guarantee that they will refund some of my payment
They offered me £30 off next order. What’s the point if next goods don’t fit either
Very dissatisfied

I ordered bras according to the size chart. They were much too big did not give the support promised. When I asked for the address to claim a refund the company kept fobbing me off. Then they tried to bribe me. If I wrote a nice 5 star review they would send me new bras as long as I paid the postage. They said it was not good idea to return the wrong bras as they may get lost in the post and it would be a hassle for me! After several emails asking for the return address, they sent it. I then saw the reviews which said many people had been waiting for months for their refund. I felt that it was unlikely that I would get my money back so I have given up. Trustpilot should not be backing this company.

I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot first rather than the ones on the website! A lesson learnt. The product does not give enough support and would in no way improve posture! It didn't fit properly at all and is made of flimsy lace. Also it was a different colour to what I had ordered. I would avoid these bras at all costs.

I purchased a sage green bra at the price of £23.00 + p&p totalling £30. it was too small and felt like I had a bandage breasts. Quality was very poor. Wmbra offered me a £3.00 refund. So the company is pocketing over £20. Or purchased another size costing another £6.99. I felt this was an extremely poor offer.

These guys don’t deserve a single star. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. They make it virtually impossible to get a refund if you do not like the goods. I’ve exchanged several emails with them - latest offer for the £100 worth of goods I wish to return is £7 and a £50 voucher - they still haven’t sent me a return address. I doubt I’ll get my money back. They’re thieves. Don’t buy from them.

Bra had no support and would never help posture as claimed. Size was mich too small against size chart absolute rubbish.
Was told I would have to return item to China at my own expense. I originally paid £30 with postage and after many emails was offered £6 refund and I could keep bra. Thanks for nothing I would not even give such a flimsy piece of nylon to a charity shop. I reluctantly accepted £6 as tired of it all. This is what they rely on.

The bras are nowhere near

the size l ordered, can't find any contact details. They are a load of rubbish. What are trust pilot thinking. It is not worth one star, and l am out of pocket. Can trust pilot do anything? why do you support this company?

I purchased a bra which didn't fit. Got in touch to find out about a return, they said 'don't send it back, it might get lost'
I've never heard anything so ridiculous. They eventually offered a £4 refund for a £23 bra + £6 p&p. Complete waste of money...ended up handing it in to a charity shop.

Especially if you want an option to return items and obtain a refund.
I have a small back and GG cup size.
These bras could not support my larger bust.
When I asked to return the one bra that I had not worn (I had purchased two) I was only offered an option of £4 partial refund and £30 voucher.
Be aware though……. There is a minimum spend clause on the vouchers!!!!!!!
Would never use this company again

This bra should be avoided at all costs. The materials are shoddy and flimsy, and would not support a larger lady, with use, pulling the item on and off, the material would simply sag! They do not utilise cup sizes, so you really find it difficult to work out size. No returns label is provided, and the company offered me £3 refund, and said they would only provide a return label if I insisted! Do not touch with a bargepole!!!
