The item was never delivered. I contacted Wmbra customer services several times and I was brushed off every time, you cannot speak to them it has to be Email only. They eventually said it had been delivered even though EVRI themselves said
they had failed to deliver 3 times and it was still being investigated and I also have CCTV on the postbox and driveway and could prove non delivery. Wmbra then deleted my order from their website saying the order did not exist. I never got a refund or replacement.

The bra I ordered did not fit, and I asked for a refund.
I was told it may get lost and was offered £4 refund and keep the bra which did not fit. I said no please give me refund details, they offered £5, then £6 and finally £7. This process took a week before they provided return address in China. Now waiting to see if they do refund me when they get the bra back!!

I wish I could give less than one star. I bought 3 bras for £54 and they arrived and are so badly fitting and unsupportive they are completely useless. They do not offer returns and told me I have to pay postage to return the bras. They have offered a £5 refund and a £30 voucher to spend in their store (on what are presumably equally useless and badly fitting products). Terrible customer service and a completely unethical and wasteful company. AVOID!

My review is for less than 1 star but that is not possible.
I am returning my 3 bras they have taken many many weeks to arrive and on arrival are not good. Now I have had to chase them for a return address - China!!
I have posted them today and they do not want to refund my 54£ credit card payment. I have contacted my credit card co. And they are dealing with this.
Don’t buy anything from WMbra!!

I now have 5 of these and 4 more on order. They are wonderful. Comfortable, supportive and look great. I am in my sixties and can’t stand anything digging in but don’t want to look saggy. These work perfectly. I can only think people are buying cheap imitations. They came quite quickly too.

I bought it as I had breast surgery for cancer several years ago and don't like anything that digs in or is too tight. What a waste of £30 that I can ill afford. I suggest you go to your local underwear shop or department store, get fitted properly & spend your money on something worthwhile. Wish I had read the legitimate reviews on here before I bought that utter piece of rubbish. Lesson learned for me, I will go back to the high street while it's still there!

If I could give minus score I would. Very shoddy not fit for purpose bra , flimsy material not up to the job . So called returns policy is a joke . Post to China at your cost if they inspect and not perfect you won’t get a refund you need to insure the package. Or the other so called offer is £5.00 refund and £15.00 voucher and you would want more rubbish from this terrible company. Avoid

Have just received my wmbra, I suggest you do not buy this. It is flimsy and none supportive. It arrived in torn and cellotaped packaging, no invoice to claim money back. Poor, poor, my bad.....

Bought a bra and then found all the negative reviews. I cancelled the order and then had an email asking why. I explained and was told a refund would be given but I needed to write a 5 STAR review first. I explained I couldn't do that, so watch this space

Very poorly made support is non existant. DONT buy these products. No refunds are available and their customer services are appalling. I paid £29 and they offered a refund of £4 and £20 voucher of another purchase. The brake was flimsy and was if poor quality. Don’t be scammed by this comiany

This is a complete scam. Useless product arrived. Impossible to get a refund. Please do not buy this scam

This company is based in China, when the poor quality item arrives you email them for a return address and get a variety of options, none are to return and get a full refund.
This is a scam company.
Wish I had read these reviews before handing over my money. Their marketing site in UK is very well presented do not fall for it.

Wanted to return item as it did not fit well, also surprised how flimsy it was. Keep trying to send an email to return for a refund but keeps coming back "message not received" . No note in package to say return address. I did put tracking number on email. After reading other reviews, I don't think I will bother anymore, as it is just winding me up.

I am in the process of waiting for an order which I cancelled because it was coming from China and I had read the reviews. It was awaiting shipment but on a return email said they couldn’t send the shipment and said if it didn’t fit or wasn’t suitable I could give it away to friends or relatives as a gift! A bra how ludicrous. Looks as if I will have to go down route of money recovery from credit card company

I'm sure these bras fit someone but only that one person. The straps are not adjustable. I'm now a very tall person so I need shorter straps. If my chest were in the middle of my ribs, this bra might fit. As they are up higher on my chest, there is absolutely no support.

A load of crap. I ordered x3 bras to get a discount. Should have been £9.99 per bra but they sent only one and charged full price plus delivery charge which should be free. Don’t bother purchasing unless you want to be scammed

Please DO NOT BUY from these people they send inferior goods out then offer you a stupid amount in refund of £7 & say they will refund it this has not been received, now fighting to get my £54 back and it looks like I’ve lost my money, they also offer a coupon but you have to spend £40 before you can use it!! Stay away from this company!!!!

My mum bought 2 bras for almost £50. They didn't fit and were poor quality. Their returns policy said you must request to return the bras. I requested this in 3 emails and each time was offered an exchange or token. I finally quoted my consumer rights whilst ordering online and they emailed me a return address in China where I was to send the parcel at my own expense. What are the chances of it ever arriving there? I can't believe this company are being allowed to operate in this manner legally in the UK. The same company are selling the same bras through Amazon for a third of the price. Amazon should be looking at there suppliers a little more carefully.
