It was exactly as claimed, the bra arrived within a week, correct size, correct colour, cannot complain as this was the second order also delivered as ordered a month ago.

I dont mean that one star. I mean zero. I bought a bra from WMbra and it was rubbish quality far too small. I emailed them to say it was no use and i wanted to return it. I was offered £4 compensation. It had cost me £32.97 with postage. I refused the £4 was then offered £5 and a voucher off my next order. I asked for the return address as it was 30 days to return. I was told that postage would be very expensive and the parcel would probably get lost. Please dont order from these Chinese scammers. Exactly same bra is on ebay at £3.45. But even at that price i dont think it would stand a wash

Total scam - Do not buy anything from this company! Product is nothing like pics or description. Quality is ZERO - beyond belief am sure wouldn't even be able to withstand washing. Tried sort return/refund but I find impossible to get response. Absolutely scam from start to finish, surprised that PayPal work with them.

I have only received such awful service from a company in China and that was one too many experiences!
I believe that they should not be allowed to trade in the UK as their goods are appalling and their service borders on fraudulent.
I had no difficulty getting a response but they prevaricated and kept offering new inducements and then finally disappeared from the aether!
I shall not be pursuing the matter further and I hope people read all these negative reviews before buying. I wish I had!!

tried to get a refund as per their ads and was only offered a voucher which I have no use for, as I will not ever use them again, and a pathetically small amount. I
rejected this and was told that I would only get a full refund if I returned the bras to China at my own expense for postage and customs dues. They clearly have no intention of honouring their promises.

As with other reviewers really wish I had read this before ordering a bra that was of such poor quality and fit I immediately wanted to return it. Refund page on website says you cant return to address on package, have to email to explain why you want to return it. Had 2 emails today asking for further info about why I wanted to return it but still no return address!

DO NOT BUY IN THIS COMPANY…I bought 3 bras and when they arrive, the sizes were different.. I tried to return them but nobody answer my emails..I through away 54 pounds

Do not buy from this company wish I had read the reviews before purchase.... paid 50pounds on 27/3 eventually arrived when i said to cancel.... Arrived way too small contacted the support next day to request where to return to.... been given the run around ever since now 24 april still no address to return despite me requesting several times.. offered vouchers (as if) plus 5 pounds ,,,,, Actually would not award any stars . poor support feel as this is a scam be warned still 0ut 50 pounds .. absolute terrible never had this experience buying on line....the 30 days will be up due to their reluctance to give address ??????

Absolute scam. Bra did not fit, asked for refund and was advised to give it to a friend!! Was told to post it back to China, for £5 refund and £20 off next purchase. No chance of that! Found tiny ‘returns address’ in England. They have received parcel and now offer me £13. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY is my advice.

I need to giv no stars. Avoid avoid avoid...cheap poor quality non supportive. Fir return they charge 12 pounds. Bras not even worth $5. Do not buy

First order delighted with so I ordered few more in different colours (not a cheap order) but although they all had same size details on labels they JUST DIDN'T FIT - so my experience not good at all AND getting through to them - well don’t bother

Too small, tried to return them ,told me to buy 3 more and they would give me £30 off the cost.. I had already spent £55 so refused and asked for the return address.

I concur with many of the reviews already shown. Product received was not fit for purpose and I also had great difficulty getting any information from the company. I have decided to take the matter no further. However it is very upsetting to see so many people being taken in by this terrible company.

I ordered this bra based on the reviews on their website, I should have read the Trustpilot reviews! The bra is very flimsy, terrible sizing and no,paperwork. I ordered on line, no email confirmation, no paperwork in the parcel when it arrived and no address. I traced them back from the bank payment but have decided not to waste good money after bad as the number of people waiting for their refunds is growing.

Would give less than 1 but not possible. Wish I had read these reviews. Just received today. Nothing like the picture and rolls up under breast and the claim to remove back fat not true. Not even going to attempt refund based on other reviews. Will wear but will not buy anymore. Will look around, very expensive product, cheap looking and not sure it will last. Don't waste your money.

Like many I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money. Despite several emails asking for an address to return a bra that does not fit and I feel would never offer me any support, all I get back are emails saying they are sorry it doesn't fit. I will try and get my money back through PayPal.
