Dishonest and misleading seller.

I have read a few reviews which match my experience. The goods came from address in the UK. The return address is cleverly withheld on their website and is in China. Requests for the address via the link they give just avoids giving you it until the 5th email. Then they offer to let you keep good and they will give you a £30 voucher and £6.00 cash for £49.96 spent on 2 bras that were absolutely no use. They told me to lie about the value for customs. They lied to PayPal saying that they had refunded me. I trusted everything would be fine because I used PayPal & a review (on this site) from someone who had fallen for this scam in October 2023, got a full PayPal refund and didn't even have to return goods. Don't trust PayPal. They told me I had to return goods to Chinese address they gave me, by their deadline...cost £38.08 to do that. The seller refused to collect it. He had given a false zip code for Shanghai, which UPS parcel form wouldn't accept with the rest of the address. I put in the correct code, which the form accepted. Now PayPal are refusing to find in my case, because they say I failed to use the address given and claim they didn't receive the upload from me about the false zip code and so they were closing the case. Now out of pocket by £88.04 because I was dealing with 2 sets of rogues with no sense of goodness & honesty. Don't be caught out. One star is too many, but the only way to complete this review.

Wmbra DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a bra in my correct size but it was too small so wished to return this for a refund - I emailed them to ask for return details but was fobbed off with offer of a voucher I did not want; I requested a refund - then I saw on the packet the bra was sent to me in had a UK address label on it which said 'Returns address' this was in Feltham, postcode TW14 OSN I was sick of emailing back & forth so I returned this (+ £3.00 tracked postage) to this address- I then informed Wmbra by email that this had been sent to this returns address and asked for my refund they said "No this is the package station and not a returns address" so they have again refused a full refund, offered £6 ! to me on the grounds that although this package sent back from me was signed for at Feltham they say it must be lost?!!
Not sure what to do next but will never use them again.

I too fell for the scam

I too fell for the scam, I wanted to return the items that I'd purchased & sent an e-mail, they didn't respond. A week later I sent another one - again no response. So much for the 30 day return policy - they don't even/ever respond.
Wish I'd seen these review before I wasted my £.

Update on my previous review of 31…

Update on my previous review of 31 January - I contacted Wmbra via E mail as indicated on the returns instructions on-line asking them to supply me with a return address to enable a full refund. I got a prompt reply asking me to explain what was wrong with the bra, which I did and also asking again for a return address. I got another prompt reply telling me all about the construction of the bra and how other customers preferred the lightweight fabric. I was offered a £4 refund for my 'dissatisfaction' with the bra. Still no return address given to me. I have sent another e mail asking them to stop the prevarication and give me a return address because the 30 days given to return the product will expire before I get to return the parcel - also bearing in mind that their website says they are on 'vacation' from 3-13 February. So there is no way my return will reach them in China within the 30 days - a good excuse for them not to refund! I'm awaiting another reply from them with the return address, but I'm not holding my breath. Given that others have said the return postage to China is in the region of £20 I'm not even going to consider it. I just want to see if they reply to me. I shall try to get a refund via the resolution process on Paypal.

Complete SCAM!

Complete SCAM!
When you finally get an answer back as to where to return their shoddy goods, it is an address in China with strongly worded email that you have to pay for all the return fees (c£20 to China), that the item might get lost en route, and they graciously offer you a £30 voucher (less the postage already used in sending the item).
I would not wipe my …. with these bras, they’re useless.
FURIOUS WITH MYSELF AT BEING RIPPED OFF BY THESE CHARLATANS.

I really hate giving this company 1 star .I can't put in words how cheap and flimsy they are paid £54 for 3 bras was offered £30 voucher plus they were taking off me £7 for their postage i refused it and demanded their address. Went to the post office and too send it back to China it was going to cost me £19 too send it back. So im down £54 for 3 bras which i will not use .the bras arrived after 3 days so clearly didn't come from China and that is how this company is getting away with it .absolutely terrible

This is a SCAM

This company sells it's products on the basis of a 30 day no quibble guarantee. The bra, a present to my wife was found to be unsuitable. The company only gives an email address for returns instructions and they do not reply. This is a SCAM!!! They do not disclose their address and are not registered at companies house. I believe that it is a Chinese Company or has agents in Germany (from reading other reviews ), they purport to be a UK company. The 3% 5star reviews are from satisfied customers, the remaining 97% is entirely due to their fraudulent returns service

Shady store

Shady store, will keep asking you questions but not give you a good solution. Will keep telling you get a discount for the next purchase. Keeps giving you the run-around. Will take returns only to give you a return shipping address to china which will be almost the price of the product. It's a scam don't buy from this merchant.

Received 3 bras today. Sent one in wrong size. Quality is appalling! Free delivery ha. Am sending them back, but am really annoyed at the £6.99 fee for postage/returns. How do they get away with this? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Report to trading standards.

Don,t buy from this company

Don,t buy from this company, the customer service is appalling and despite the website saying if you return an item you can have a full refund that doesn't happen. The bras are poor quality and offer little or no support. Wish I had read the reviews first. Guess I just put it down to experience.

Like everyone else wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from this site. After 3 emails I have been offered £7 and a voucher for £30 (who would use it!) in place of returning. Address for return is China and cost would probably exceed the return value - if it ever arrived.
Have written this off as a learning experience and the bras are for the charity shop. Quality awful - doubt if they’ll sell even for 50p.

Avoid this company.

I ordered 2 bras, as the website stated they had a returns policy. The bras did not fit, the cup size was too small and the underband too loose. The company offered me £6 recompense stating it was too expensive for me to return. When I reread the website I realised there were grammatical mistakes as well as impossible claims that no bra could achieve. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They do not keep to the UK law of mail order, which states goods unseen can be returned for a full refund.
