Bra is rubbish, really flimsy, no support total garbage.
They don’t answer your emails, complete waste of money.

BEWARE! Do not use this company. Very poor quality, bad fitting bra. Terrible customer service. What me to return the bra to China at my cost for a part refund. Although item arrived quickly from an address in the UK. Lots of rude, threatening & unhelpful emails sent to me. Case taken to PayPal, full refund received within 5 days. Advert said 30 day money back guarantee, DON’T believe them!

I ordered 3 bras early February 2024. They came on 22 February and I returned them on 24 February (I have PO receipt).
I am still waiting for the £54 refund on 13 March. How long does it take???

I stupidly did not check the reviews for this shop. My bras turned up and are not at all what I expected. They are loose and unsupportive - no real structure to the garment at all and give me no shape whatsoever. That's not the worst of it though - I contacted the company to enquire about returning the bras and getting a refund and they are so dodgy and slippery it's not true! They've said that returning the bras is not recommended as the costs are high and risk of losing the package etc so have offered me a partial refund of £8. I paid £64. I will be exploring how to get a refund through PayPal but please please please do not buy from this scam company.
Edit: I have just been notified that as I wish to return the items the company will deduct the 'free' postage costs of £6.99 from my refund. Never heard of this before. I cannot advise strongly enough to avoid using this company at all costs.

Do not buy from Wmbra. This is a scam website, they will not refund any purchase and there are no contact details or customer care.

I received 3 bras for £54 last September but as they didn't fit (absolute rubbish) I returned them to the only address I could find on the parcel - a company in Southall with an enclosed letter but did not hear from them and needless to say did not get a refund.

I bought three on special offer bras, then read the negative review on this site. I was worried about the purchase I had made and dreaded them turning up, till they arrived today. They look exactly like pictured, and these are the first bras in years that have felt comfortable on. I tried them on and my daughter and her friend said as I did they are true to there picture. No they don't have the normal bra strap or even the elastic of the stretch bra ( which I have bought plenty of ) the material is softer and makes it more comfotable. No back pain even where my hyatal hernia is. So I am one very happy customer.

I don’t think this company are at all interested in what their customers are saying. So just don’t buy anything from them. I normally look up companies first but in this instance I didn’t. We live and learn.

I am attempting to return this item and company not giving me details. I wish I had never got involved I agree with all the other reviews.

The product is flimsy and not at all like the advert- specially designed by a Senior citizen! I think the whole company is a scam with inferior products. Not worth returning as you won’t get your money back. Please don’t buy from them!!

Flimsy wrongly sized bra- won’t accept returns and offer a voucher ! Not acceptable.
Terrible customer service.

My recommendation is to not buy from this company.
If possible I would rate it zero star.
I bought the bra in October 2023 £29.48 plus £6.99 = £31.97 (wmbrashop.com #6257 wireless comfort push up BH).
After less than 8 weeks it started to go material wise and I had to throw it away as it had become useless.
I wore it travelling so a return and refund was not an option. What upset me further was that on my return I can not leave a true review on their website to warn people off - even with my order and tracking number. This is really bad practice. I wish I never bought this product and will not use the website in future.

This product is absolute rubbish the elastic is so thin and flimsy couldn't possibly provide any support whatsoever. There is no way a 70 odd year old woman would have created this product. Don't waste your money if you are taken in by what is written to make you buy it. Forget it and stick with M&S.

Received these supposedly supportive bras. Absolute rubbish they do not support at all and in fact no different to the £4.00 ones on the market.

I should have known better as I have bought stuff from ads on facebook before and always the same come from china and no way to return so just look up Trustpilot before buying

I have also fallen for this.Can Barclaycard refuse payment?Its flimsy and nothing like it is supposed to be.I see Amazon are supplying them.

I wish I made a habit of visiting Trustpilot. From now I I will do it before buy goods on line. I had much the same experience with Wm Bra as every one else. I asked for two bras in the size they recommended for my size, When they arrived they was massively too big and of no use to me. I emailed Wm Bra and asked for a refund and an address to send the Bras back to. 3 emails later I had still had no replies. I decided to try one last time ! This email received a reply. It suggested I might want to think about keeping the bras (even though I had told them they were way too big!) and accepting a £4. refund. I told them this was an insult given that I had spent 47.00 on two bras that were of no use to me any way. I said I wanted to return them and receive a full refund. That was that! I never had a reply. However - about 4 months later I received a parcel with two Bras in different in color from those I chose & two sizes smaller!!! I stuffed them in a drawer and didn't even contemplate wasting my time emailing! I would never recommend buying from this company, they are only interested in the sales they make - and nothing after that. the product they offer is difficult to size, very thin and unlikely to support anything except a very small breast.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. The pictures were very deceiving, VERY deceiving! As others have said, product is flimsy, non supportive, poorly made and yes, comes from China. Rides up - awful!!

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering! I ordered a bra, which is rubbish, no support at all and rides up and sits above my breasts :-(
