Life-changing mentorship!! I didn't know investing in real estate was 10% knowledge and 90% mindset. My mentors are so patient and genuinely care about my progress and success! The WNN Community is a great place to be in and I truly believe in what they preach! I started over a year ago as a new out-of-state real estate investor and I am so grateful to have found this space and their awesome mentors where I can learn, ask questions and put them into action. I have acquired 2 single family home rental properties within a month apart! If you’re looking for elite, no BS and zero fluff coaching and guidance for purchasing and investing in real estate, look no further. These guys will show you possibilities you’ve probably never realized were there all along. Especially when it comes to raising private money if you don’t have a bunch of cash in the bank. WNN is a breath of fresh air in an e-learning world of a bunch of so called “gurus” just trying to push a course.

I joined WNN in September 2021. Before signing up for WNN mentorship, I started my real estate journey “flipping” in Hawaii and I thought I was taking action. After no results flipping, I knew I always wanted to invest in real estate for Cashflow. My wife knew the founder and CEO of WNN, so she told me that I should check them out first. I did and they matched me up with amazing mentor! From there, I found out what it means to take action! Within one year I was able to purchase two properties. One of those property was a major rehab. When I was first introduced to real estate investing, I was perfectly OK with investing in turnkey properties. But once I found WNN Properties, I was able to go ABOVE AND BEYOND what I could imagine and had success after success in acquiring rental properties and building generational wealth! Now I own multiple properties and cash flowing while being nearly hands-off (hello passive income!!). You not only learn how to invest in rental properties, but you have the whole community that will encourage you and keep you ACCOUNTABLE so that you have to take action.
