Prior to joining WNN I use to dream of being a REI for years but never took action. This community will give you everything you need to make your dream a reality but ultimately it comes down to you. That’s where the accountability kicks in and trust me when I say when it’s time to pull the trigger, you’ll do it with so much confidence knowing WNN has your back. These guys are the real deal and if you have even the slightest interest in investing, don’t hesitate to give them a buzz. They’ll propel you into what you want to become, and much faster! This community, the network, the wealth of knowledge, and the friends you make along the way, is priceless.

WNN has the knowledge, resources, and team members to help you attain your goals in real estate investing. They are genuine people who share their experience in the real estate realm and want you to succeed in reaching your goals. They value your time and investment by offering live weekly zoom calls that are recored for your viewing pleasure with bonus guest speakers. In addition, access to modules, and training videos. WNN is a positive, encouraging, and supportive environment.

I finally recently made a decision to take action to enroll in #WNN #WNNproperties mentorship program after getting tired of sitting on the sidelines for over 7 years watching all of the success CJ and Jasmine have had, along with all of the success that their mentees have had as many of them have already left their j-o-b-s in less than 5 years by creating financial freedom through real estate investing … so although their company is #whynotnow, I figured why not ME too!? Throughout my long-term residential property management career of 18 years, I’ve helped thousands of investor clients capitalize on building wealth for their families, so I figured it was about time that I do it for myself and to leave a legacy for my family! Waiting “to be able to afford” property in Hawaii is too daunting and out of reach for most families, so if it means investing out-of-state to begin our journey so be it!

It has been fun learning how to be finding deals and funding deals as I jump into the world of out of state investing with the BRRRR strategy and leveraging private money lending where everyday people can earn steady stable interest through funding deals with a community led by true professionals with a proven track record and a heart to create and teach a solid system packed with resources and relationships to leverage.

The personalized mentorship, plug and play system, tools and resources, deep dive calls, customized app, knowledge and expertise, vendor partnerships, community engagement and support, accountability and take action attitude have been so amazing! It’s been a while since I felt excited about real estate everyday, the daily Deep Dive calls really get me fired up and continue to fuel momentum to take action to reach my goals!

I am truly grateful and blessed to be inspired by the successful trailblazers, servant leaders, experienced mentors, and supportive community of active investors who are building their own portfolios while helping others like myself to jump into the real life game of #monopoly of buying houses and catapulting to hotels/commercial properties!

The mentors are experienced, knowledgeable, and open with their guidance. They ask the hard questions that really get you thinking about the next steps. The value received in the weekly calls are priceless especially coming from the owners CJ and Jasmine. There are previous recordings accessible, templates, leases to review, due diligence checklists, property manager and tenant interview questions, everything you need to get familiar. I’m 4-months into the commercial program and about to sign on my first contract! Couldn’t have done it without the team they have in place. Best investment this year!

I knew I wanted to invest in real estate, but was stuck in fear and analysis paralysis for THREE WHOLE years before I made any real moves.

I thought I could figure it out on my own, but I kept seeing people I knew in WNN consistently get more and more investments under their belt, while I continued to spin my wheels.

I finally made the decision to invest in myself and joined WNN. And to my own surprise, I closed on my first rental property within two months.

Shortly after, I got my second, third, and counting!

The biggest impact WNN had on me was the accountability and being able to ask unlimited stupid questions to a mentor who has more experience than me.

Today, I own several investment properties in both the residential and commercial space that generate enough cash flow that allows me to support my family even better than I could have ever imagined.

It’s an honor to be part of the WNN Community. Their support and care is unmatched. I had been part of another mentorship group before, and while it was helpful, it didn’t compare to the support I’ve received from WNN. It was incredible to acquire my first out of state rental property within 90 days. I couldn’t have done it without the incredible support from this community. They really push you to go beyond your limits in a healthy, motivating way, and you end up surprising yourself with what you can achieve. I also love that the advisors lead by example—they’re out there actively hunting for deals, so their advice is always fresh and relevant. This community was exactly what I needed to get serious about investing, especially after two years of just studying on my own and watching YouTube videos. Forever grateful!! :)

Being in the WNN mentorship was both frightening & rewarding at the same time. It wasn't frightening because I was learning something new about Real Estate Investing, but because I was held accountable for what I said I would do. Rewarding because if I were not held accountable, I would not have taken the action to acquire 3 rental properties in just over 14 months. Thank you WNN for helping me take the actions needed to attain these properties. Without the support & encouragement of the WNN community, I would have never done this on my own.
