I still have not received my order or…

I still have not received my order or any feedback at all - sent multiple emails and none of them have been acknowledged.
I have no choice now but to request a refund via my bank
The biggest annoyance is that I specifically ordered on this site because of the delivery option and now I won’t have bikinis for holiday (ordered a week ago)

Received the wrong sized swimsuit and…

Received the wrong sized swimsuit and on at least 10 occasions tried to contact the company they wouldn’t reply on their email customer service line and I would have to comment on their Instagram to get any response in which they responded to my initial message and then ignored the rest. Don’t buy you will be scammed ! I also paid for next day delivering and didn’t get my swimsuit for three weeks. The swimsuits aren’t even good.

SCAMMER!

SCAMMER!! Bought a top off the website 3 weeks ago for next day delivery and it hasn’t been sent, also bought a top off vinted from the owner and she hasn’t sent it. Still trying to get a refund.

Absolutely terrible business and would…

Absolutely terrible business and would not recommend . Not only did my order take months to arrive with no contact or reassurance from the brand , but they also sent the wrong sizing - it being two sizes bigger. I get that a business can have mistakes but when I finally got in contact to tell them there mistake they refused a refund . Also , by the time my order did arrive it was past my holiday and therefore there was no use in them even arriving . Overall, I would not buy from this brand again and wouldn’t persuade anyone else to either .

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

I have truly never experienced customer service as shocking as at Wolfe Bay. They advertise next day delivery & same day shipping online. My first order was a few days late. I gave them the benefit of the doubt being a small business and placed another. A week and multiple emails passed and it was still not shipped. I posted a video on TikTok to see if anyone else had had the same issue - especially with the lack of communication as I had no other choice!!! Within 10 minutes they replied back saying it would be with me tomorrow. It wasn’t, another day later. The bikini also arrived without a hygiene sticker which is absolutely disgusting and provides no confidence in the care of their items. The TikTok also received over 100 comments of girls saying the exact same had happened to them but for even longer periods and only being offered store credit for items that then weren’t shipped. Over a month later and this issue is still not resolved - I am waiting for my refund. I truly understand it can be hard for small businesses to keep up but adjust customer expectations accordingly and COMMUNICATE with customers. They are also individuals who have spent hard earned money on supporting your business and you are born providing them with the quality and service offered.

I have shopped with Wolfe bay twice now…

I have shopped with Wolfe bay twice now and all my items have been stunning. The detailing on the tank tops are so unique and beautiful. My second order got lost in the mail by Evri however Wolfe bay sent me a replacement package and were very helpful! Great customer service thank you.

Stunning clothes

Stunning clothes. I purchased the pink tank top with embroidered palm tree and cocktail glass. Looks just like the pictures. Great quality. Look forward to more adding more to my wardrobe!

ANAZING

Honestly this company does not get enough recognition. the clothes are BEAUTIFUL they're all hand sewn which makes them even better!! the staff are so helpful, Annie was such a sweetie!! & I received my order in literally 24 hours, I was so impressed. I will 1000000000% be ordering again for my next holiday! I have my eye on a few things xxxx

Hundred Percent my fave purchase💞

Had so many compliments last night, honestly made me feel so much better within myself!!

The girls in the team are absolutely amazing, any questions I had, they responded super fast and helped me massively.

Cant recommend anymore, definitely ordering again🥰

Disappointing

I would not recommend.
They only do exchange, which would be alright if they acknowledge this and followed their own policies.
I did as per website request for processing an exchange and after a few weeks, I had not had my exchanged items, no refund and no contact.

I emailed - no response and I contacted them by Instagram - no response.
I even stated in my communication I was going to do a charge back on my card because at this point they are withholding money/items and breaking consumer rights.

I then a few days later had a threatening email requesting I cancel the charge back otherwise they’d involve legal teams. So I responded and explained, I have the right as per consumer rights to charge back when I have not had the goods or refund. I eventually received items 1-2+ months later, therefore I did cancel the chargeback but this should have NEVER gotten to this point.

The owner was very apologetic but I do not agree with sending such emails without query with the customer and/or checking your emails/social media beforehand.

This happened to me Feb/March this year. I cannot remember exact date.

I was lucky enough to win a £100 giveaway from WolfeBay and couldn't be happier with the experience! 🎉 I messaged their assistance team to receive my code, and they were super helpful and quick to respond. I accidentally ordered a few items that weren’t included in the giveaway, but the team sorted it all out with no fuss — really appreciated their patience and support!
My order arrived just a few days later, beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. The items themselves are absolutely stunning — you can really tell they’re high quality. I honestly can’t wait to show them off!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Avoid !

My items took more than a month to arrive when I had paid for next day delivery. When I was emailing them to ask where they were I was just getting ignored. So I did a chargeback with my bank they then got in contact with me asking me to remove it. My items then came completely different to what was advertised they were awful quality and the whole thing was rushed they looked very tacky. Obviously my holiday had passed due to the length of time these took to arrive so I asked if I could return them for a refund thinking it would be okay as they took over a month to arrive. They said I can return them but only for store credit as they did not issue refunds. We went back and fourth and I just gave up in the end and took the credit note as I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and how careless they are about consumer rights. I returned the items and the store credit hadn’t been applied only once I showed my proof of posting and showing the weight of the parcel sent did they apply this. I then reluctantly went to use the store credit, not that I wanted to order from this company again, and it wouldn’t allow me to pay with the store credit or use a discount code the same time. I emailed and asked why this was and if I could and the response was no as store credit is classed as a discount code which just does not make sense to be at all as it’s a form of payment. The pieces advertised on the website are super cute but it’s only not worth the risk of ordering as they don’t even come the same as the website I’ve had this issue 4 separate occasions ordering embellishment pieces where they’ve come back tacky and mismatched. To not even be liable for a refund it’s not worth it especially the price of the items. The customer service is a joke. And the company wonders why it gets bashed online it never addresses any of its problems and limits their comments on social media.
