We first launched our business in June 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, with a very simple vision to provide our consumers with a range of healthy and flavoursome snacks, sauces and syrups that added to a balanced diet, whilst keeping calories low and hence feeling regret free! Not only do we want to offer our consumers with great tasting snacks and sauces which adds flavour to their meals, but our ultimate goal is to inform the public about living a healthy lifestyle and what benefits you can reap from this. Eating well is fundamental to good health and well-being, but that obviously doesn’t mean that you need to compromise on taste! Therefore, we aim to educate our consumers about healthy alternatives and hope to help our consumers lead a better, healthier and happier lifestyle! The key elements to developing a healthy eating lifestyle are; simplicity, sustainability and satisfaction. It is evident that if a diet is going to work, and make effective change in our lives, it has to be sustainable. We strongly believe in giving back to the community, and we would love to do this with all your help. Whether this is in the form of providing food to the less able individuals, or providing them with warm clothes for the winter ahead, or even just spending some quality time with people and listening to them – this all is a way of service. “Giving is not just about a donation, it is about making a difference”.
