Ella was completely amazing, she spoke through what service was required on my car and kept me in the loop of how it was going. She is a complete star!!

Just had to have two alloy wheels repaired and a tyre replaced by the "Prep" centre in Earls Barton. Just excellent service. they came and picked up the car, kept me updated and returned the car next day 'job done'. Special mention to Dan Quy who organised everything for me and kept me apprised along the way. He is a credit to the company.

My car was damaged by a reckless driver and required significant repair works. The service from the team at Wollaston was absolutley first class. Nicola Knight was assigned to my case and kept me up to date throughout the repair and even managed to get it back to me ahead of schedule. As you would expect from BMW the repair work was perfect and my car came back cleaned inside and out. I would highly recommend using them to repair your BMW.

Just brilliant service at BMW Wollaston recently, damage repair after someone unfortunately bumped my motor in a car park, all done and dusted in just ten days with a nice courtesy car as well. All the staff were polite and friendly and the work finished to a perfect standard, cannot fault many thanks D Hill

I recently visited Wollaston BMW Northampton for a major service, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was unwelcoming, with staff displaying little to no knowledge about their services or addressing basic customer queries. To make matters worse, there were significant errors on the main service documents, casting doubt on the thoroughness of their work.
Here are the major issues I faced:
Inconsistent Records: My car was dropped off on the morning of 18 November with 57,899 miles on the odometer. However, the service records were completely inconsistent:
Paperwork states 57,000 miles.
iDrive system records 57,619 miles.
Actual odometer reading shows 57,900 miles.
These discrepancies suggest that the service technicians are rushing through the process, likely just ticking boxes without paying proper attention to detail. This raises serious doubts about whether the vehicle was even serviced correctly.
Lack of Knowledge: I asked a straightforward question about AdBlue top-up—how much to add and how many miles it would last. The response from the manager? “I don’t drive an AdBlue car, so I don’t know.” This unprofessional attitude from a senior member of staff was both shocking and unacceptable.
Negligence in iDrive Updates: After the service, the iDrive system showed an incorrect date (14 November) and a mileage difference of 288 miles compared to when the car was dropped off. This error further highlights their carelessness and lack of attention to detail.
Pathetic Customer Service: The overall behavior and communication from the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed more focused on defending their inaccurate records than addressing the genuine concerns raised by a paying customer.
Recommendation: I strongly advise anyone visiting Wollaston BMW Northampton to thoroughly check all service paperwork and vehicle updates before leaving. Based on my experience, their approach to service is careless and unprofessional. This was by far the worst BMW service experience I’ve had—completely unacceptable from a premium brand.
Avoid this dealership if you value quality and proper customer service. 1/5 stars.

Purchased my new car and picked it up today. Had a full run down on the car from Olly who I can only say was fantastic, he was kind and thorough and ensured he went through everything with me. He wasn’t techy with me and he explained it all in lamens terms. Great service and a really lovely chap 😊

Mark couldn't have been more helpful. It's my daughter's Mini who works out of the area. Mark's attention to detail and genuine care was excellent which enabled my daughter to get her car back with the least amount of disruption.
