Updated review - good products slow response …
UPDATED 20.04.23 - I have changed the initial rating of this as following my post Woltu contacted me with a satisfactory resolution which I am happy with, it was a shame that this wasn't offered at the start. The quality of the products is good and it's not my first purchase from Woltu, the delivery was quick and overall apart from the follow up service I will revise my rating to 4 stars
18.04.23 - Have been emailing Woltu for a week and no response. Impossible to return items even though I’m within the 14 day return window. Can’t call on phone as they have no English speaking agents or phone number ignoring emails. Avoid if you value customer service

easy to assemble, it wobbled a bit after a few weeks of use but that is easily fixable. I love the black color but it gets dirty fast

Ordered 2 white bar stools from Woltu via Amazon only to receive them in cream colour. Complained to seller and returned the stools but seller refused to provide a complete refund on the return delivery cost. Poor experience and won’t be buying from them again.

I was hesitant to order from Woltu because of the negative reviews, but because of Brexit there were no suitable options on Amazon that would ship to my address (I live in Ireland). So I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did! The clothes rail arrived quickly, was very easy to assemble and looks great.
