From the first vist (Quote), Then the the survey to the final fitting we cannot fault Wolverhampton Glass.
Everything we asked for including advice was perfect.
The fitting team took pride in their work and it showed in the finished job.
We are extremely pleased.

Having recently engaged Wolverhampton Glass to reglaze our entire home, the project has now been completed and as a consequence, we are entirely happy to recommend employing the services of this firm. The entire process, from initial consultation with Sales Director Nick through to installation (by exemplary installers Sam & Dean) has been entirely smooth.

The prospect of replacing our entire set of existing windows and doors was daunting; we gave a great deal of thought and consideration as to whether to undergo the upheaval or not. Having no prior experience of replacement window and door installation, the thought of major redecoration works being necessary post install, or significant damage during installation was very unappealing and these fears were conveyed to Wolverhampton Glass on numerous occasions throughout the initial negotiations and discussions. At all times, Wolverhampton Glass was reassuring and courteous, and managed our expectations very well.

Very pleasingly, we encountered no pressure to commit to an order throughout the sales process; our main point of contact Nick kept a respectable distance and was not pushy, answering our questions and keeping a watching brief until we were ready to proceed. It was obvious that Nick had a wealth of experience and expertise to share with us from many years in the trade and he was passionate about the products he was offering. He made us feel very important, and that our custom was important. We were most certainly in control of the process and Nick was happy to dip in and out when we needed clarification.

Now that installation has been completed, there is virtually no visible damage either inside or outside of our home. To expect removal of all existing glazing without any damage to decor or internal plasterwork whatsoever is naive but in our case, that has been pretty much accomplished; it would be churlish to complain about the odd tiny mark here and there when taking into account the amount of work that has been carried out.

With regard to the products Wolverhampton Glass has installed, we are delighted with the windows and doors; the windows have superb smooth welds and the Apeer front door is a particular highlight. We have no concerns or complaints whatsoever; all we can think of is the key operated window lock mechanism on a couple of window handles were a bit stiff but a quick WD40 treatment removed the initial newness. This sounds like a moan but it was absolutely no hardship - trying to be balanced and outline cons as well as pros is not easy as there's precious little to complain about.

The fitting team of Sam and Dean is worthy of particular mention. It's clear these two chaps have worked together for a number of years and they were a slick unit; almost psychic in what they expected of each other. Not only are they thoroughly decent, pleasant blokes, their ability to maintain the same level of care and diligence when the day was drawing to a close as to when they first turned up in the morning was very reassuring for us. The standard of finishing was the same whether the last window of the day or the first. They arrived early, worked hard, were careful and respectful of our home and entirely decent. First class. You have our sincere thanks gents if you are reading this.

So, in summary, if you have read this far and are still in two minds as to whether to deal with Wolverhampton Glass, we can only reiterate that our experience in pretty much all aspects has been problem free. The sales negotiation, the pricing, the measuring survey, the installation, the high quality products - there isn't anything we can legitimately grumble about. We have no qualms about recommending this firm if you're in the market for replacement glazing. As a final point of note, it took 12 weeks from signing the order to completion of the project.

Had our old cold conservatory roof changed to a warm roof. From start to finish I was very impressed. We Had the salesmen come and take the measurements and explain it all and quite simply gave us the quote a few days later, no pushy sales, no my managers agreed to knock off this blah blah blah. Had so many issues with tradesmen and companies over the years promising the world and not delivering so it’s refreshing to know proper, honest and professional companies like Wolverhampton glass are still out there. The roof change is Top notch quality. I can feel the difference after 1 day.
Will use again when I need new windows.

Just had Wolverhamton glass refurb our conservatory with a warm roof, new frames, glass & bi-fold doors.
The results are absolutely stunning!!
The workmanship from the fitters - Kevin & Tom is of the highest quality & standards.
They were very polite, tidy & knowledgeable - nothing too much.
The electricians & Brian the plasterer work was impeccable.

Last week we had new windows fitted throughout our home. Jay and Dan were professional throughout. Their workmanship and attention to details was first class, as well as being polite, clean and tidy.
Matt was always available should we have any questions.
We are very pleased with our new windows.

We had a guy come round in May to look at our extension for a price on 11 windows (nick I think) ... we were expecting a quote in a "week or so" .. nothing, so we emailed WG, we were told he was on holiday and we would get a quote the following week ... the following week came and went, the following month came and went .... after a few emails to them with no responses at all we have had to start again with another company ... all they needed to do was to reply and say sorry but we can't do your quote ... but no, nothing ! Very rude ! Why bother coming out to our property and then totally ignoring us ?? What a waste of time ... don't bother replying as you haven't replied to our emails ......

Best quote, best service from beginning to end. We have had windows and front door fitted and love the finished look. Sam and Dean fitted it all in two days, very skilled and I had complete faith in what they were doing. They were immaculately tidy left everything in pristine condition before leaving. Couldn’t be happier

We've had all new windows and warm-roof conservatory from Wolverhampton Glass. They gave us a price, and didn't try to pressure us at all whilst we deliberated for several weeks. Their installers (both direct and indirect) were friendly and thoroughly professional. Admittedly, there was an issue with the front door frame, but this was replaced speedily and without qualm. There was a follow-up visit from their manager to make sure that we were entirely happy with the job - which we are! Highly recommended.

From start to finish the entire team at Wolverhampton Glass have been very helpful, reliable and conducted work to a very high standard. New lean to warm roof looks great compared to old Edwardian styled conservatory. The teams on the job were all polite, clean and made sure the work was completed in stated time frame. The third party contractors (plasterer, electricians) also very good.

Badly let down by WG who cancelled my order over a month of having placed it and paid them! Based on the substandard experience I've received from this organisation, I would not recommend them one bit!
They don't even deserve the one star I'm forced to leave on this site.

This review is genuine and can be backed up because according to the words of WG, they have never fitted double doors by Endurance.
Update is I'm now being harassed by emails to my personal address threating me with legal action. How unprofessional! I'm perfectly entitled to share the experience I had with WG and then it's up to other potential customers whether to deal with them or not.

With the professional help of Wolverhampton Glass staff we decided to replace our patio door with an updated model seen in their showroom. The surveyor arrived on time and approved the installation. We were kept in contact throughout the process. Fitting date and time were arranged. Fitters, Ashley and Dave arrived at the appointed time, did a brilliant job and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Today we had a new patio door fitted by Sam and Dean. They were very efficient and worked hard despite the rain! They were also very pleasant and professional. Pleased with the end result.
