I researched knee braces to replace an old and very uncomfortable one that I had been wearing for 4 years that was falling apart. That knee brace had been given to me by my Orthopedist pending knee replacement surgery. I decided on the wonder Steps and am so glad I did. For my knee pain, the Wonder Steps knee sleeves work very well. The fitting advice on their website was accurate and the sleeves definitely help alleviate my pain.

I have a knee sleeve similar to the ones I bought from Wonder Steps. Now I have matching sleeves for both knees, and I can wear the other one at night when I sleep. I like the support on each side, the patellar pad, and the comfortable fit. I also received two free samples ("gifts") of the pain relief patches. I have used both and actually noticed a difference, so I order 25 on a much appreciated discount.

I think the knee braces work great, I just ordered my third one. The first ones lasted a long time, I use them now as knee pads when I'm doing things around the house and I'm going to be on my knees.

company does not accept returns or refunds for product. Not clear to consumer. Rated as substandard product not backed by seller! Beware.

The company will not honor a return only an exchange. They don't answer the phone or e-mails and only replied when I gave a review. There are other similar products that will honor returns. I will not buy from this company ever again.

The item comes in a zip lock bag. I unzipped and tried it on for a minute before I realized that this wasn't an appropriate product that didn't serve my needs. My saga started in trying to return it. Website states 90-days guarantee period, free returns, 1 year warranty, money back guarantee. They refuse to honor the return as stipulated on their website.

Knee pain patches work as expected. The patch adheres very well to the skin. It is an effort though to peel the protective paper off the patch. An improvement on this aspect would be much appreciated.

Ordered the product based on reviews. Although my leg measurement is well within the parameters for the size ordered, they were overly tight and so uncomfortable I had to remove them after a few hours. Their response to my return request: "Our product doesn't work for everyone.....we don't do refunds." You'd think I would know better by now.

The Wonder Knee sleeve,basically, has fixed my knee arthritis. When I wear it I have no pain and it is very supportive and the fit is perfect. Really loving it

I have been using the knee supports for the past 2 weeks and they are the perfect fit. They are very comfortable and support both knees very well. I have a small tear in my meniscus in one knee with arthritis as well as arthritis in the other knee. These are the best by far of any knee supports I have used.

I look for the return policy when I buy something.Wonder Steps has the most ridiculous return policy I have ever seen.This is it word for word.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (unopened). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

They indicate on their website that items can be returned within 30 days, and also that there is a 90 day guarantee period. I received the knee brace today, wore it briefly to test it out, and found it painful. I emailed to ask about returning, and was told I could not, as I had opened the package and tried the brace. You can only return it unopened and untried. They also advertise themselves as a U.S. company, but the product is made in Israel (fine, just false advertising). I’m very disappointed that it didn’t help, and that it could not be returned….so $40 down the drain.

I ordered this brace and am amazed at how well its works! I had a meniscus tear surgery on my right knee several years ago and finding the right support has always been a struggle for me since. Since I started wearing this new brace I have experienced significantly better movement of my right leg. I would highly recommend this brace to anyone who suffers from knee pain.
