I purchased these for my knees
I purchased these for my knees , tried them for a couple weeks , just made the pain worse , i asked about a return and was told they were mine if you opened the package tried them on for 2 weeks you own them … i hope they did more damage because im looking for an attorney as i write this …..run run fast !

Wearing patches every day mostly about 8 to 10Hrs yep they are working! When bending over no more snaps or any cracks in knees standing,walking a lot easier! & even getting easer to walk without much pain.So at 84 life is better for sure 👍 😊. As long as it work’s this well will use as long as kneed!

Happy with purchase
I bought these to hopefully help with my walking since I suffer from myasthenia gravis. They fit. It has helped me with the pain and I can walk better. I am happy with the results. The free patches included were great for sleeping.

Did exactly what I wanted.
I used today under my knee braces while riding my dirt bike. I wanted some padding between my knee and braces and these worked great.

My knee pain is gone!
For almost two years I experienced knee pain nearly every day. Now after wearing this knee brace from morning until bedtime, the pain is gone without taking any pain medication. I am thrilled!

I ordered both the Knee Massagers and Knee Braces
I ordered both the Knee Massagers and Knee Braces at the same time. I received the Knee Braces and they have been great. However, I have yet to receive the Knee Massagers and there has been no communication from Wonder Steps on delivery tracking or delivery updates for when I will receive products I spent in excess of $120 for. Very dissappointing so far. I hope to receive them soon and provide a review on how well they may/may not work.

Excellent knee brace
I have tried several knee braces in the past and Wonder Steps offers the best combination of support and comfort. The first two I ordered I still have after 18 months and are showing minimal wear but are still usable. I now own a total of six of them and wear them everyday for tennis and workouts. The customer support also has been excellent

I have 2 of these knee braces
I have 2 of these knee braces. The first one held up fairly well. The second, purchased several months later has come apart at the knee. The second is about ten months old. I do not believe it should have failed in that period of time. Both; however, do slip down.

We ordered and got the knee brace for…my wife who had knee surgery last year
We ordered and got the knee brace for my wife.... got it and it is very flimsy... wife tried to put it on and was too small and hurt her leg.... sent a letter asking for a return and refund.... They replied and said to review the return policy what states if the package is opened their is NO refund... How can you not return an item if you open the package. They did state I could return and get a bigger size... the quality is so poor it would be a waste of time....

I got these for my husband- not the right size. Their size says free returns and no extra added hidden fees. They need to take that off their site. It is NOT true.
$16.95 new shipping fee and no return??? I really don't care that I don't have to return -- We cant use it.

Warranty NOT for quality
The sleeves I ordered using their size chart did NOT fit. The only way I could get a larger size was to pay $16.95 shipping (which was obviously way more than what the true shipping costs would be). They told me that they do NOT cover anything in their warranty except for the sleeves not fitting properly.
