Staycation Booking
Honestly I had many challenges with my staycation booking for days trying to get a confirmation from the different agents from WonderGifts. However Thursday night Tanzeel Hanif got all my requirement, called to confirm my requests and confirmed my booking. Thank you so much Tanzeel.
Sorry I had to reduce to 2 stars as I was made to wait for more than an hour at the reception as WonderGifts didn't make the payment for my room.

I’d give 1 star, but honestly I wish I could give 0.
We had a really disappointing experience with Wondergifts. I booked the F1 driving experience at Yas Marina Circuit as a present for my husband, and I even paid extra specifically so he could drive on the actual F1 circuit.
After the booking was made, we were informed that the experience would no longer take place at Yas Marina because it had become “more expensive,” and instead it would be moved to the Dubai circuit. This was extremely unfair and inconsiderate, especially since we had already paid the higher price based on the original experience advertised.
What was supposed to be a special gift turned into a frustrating experience with poor communication and no respect for the customer.
My advice: avoid booking through Wondergifts and book directly with the circuit instead.

I always love their vouchers and have bought quiet a few experiences.Since I feel it's always good gift an experience than a thing (which they might regift).
