DO NOT USE WONDERPRICE - NO PRODUCT FULFILMENT & NO CUSTOMER RESOLUTION

Advise to Avoid this company and use a more reputable one.

I placed an order with Wonderprice which was never delivered, despite them taking full payment. What followed was weeks of chasing with little to no response from customer service. They claimed to be “investigating” the issue, but this dragged on for over 8 weeks with no resolution and no refund.

There was zero accountability, poor communication, and no urgency to fix the problem. I was left completely in the dark.

In the end, I had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover my money. Interestingly, it was only after this action that Wonderprice suddenly said they would process a refund — which says everything about how they operate.

The whole experience caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and dealing with their customer service was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.

This company fails to meet basic consumer expectations — they don’t deliver orders, don’t communicate properly, and don’t resolve issues unless forced to.

I would strongly advise others not to use this company.

Absolutely shocking took ages to get postal company to pick and then mother waited in for 3 days ,they said they tried but never ,never received parcel at all ,now yodal have lost it tried to contact wonderprice loads of times no response at all . The don't have a phone number to phone really hard to get hold of . Do not buy from these as shocking company order parcel on the 4th of march still not received

This Company is Dissolved please don't buy anything from them.

Half a year and tens of emails and they won’t take back their faulty item which is a Bose earbuds with crackling in one earbud. Shockingly bad customer service.

My advice is… Just don’t do it. Just buy from a reputable company and save yourself a load of bother. Maybe it’ll cost slightly more but you’ll actually get what you’ve paid for. I’m £290 down and I’m yet to receive anything.

I placed an order on **7 March**, and at the time of purchase the estimated delivery time was **3–5 working days**, which meant it should have arrived by **13 March**. However, today is **16 March** and there has still been **no update regarding delivery**.

I have also been unable to find any way to **contact your team directly, speak to someone, or cancel the order**, which is extremely frustrating.

This order is **a birthday present for my child, who is autistic**, and the uncertainty around the delivery is causing significant distress. I specifically relied on the delivery estimate provided when placing the order.

Could you please **urgently provide an update on the status of my order and the expected delivery date**? If the item cannot be delivered immediately, I would appreciate assistance with **expediting the shipment or arranging a cancellation and refund**.

I am very disappointed with the service so far and hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

Absolutely awful company they have scammed me I have been waiting months for a refund. I will be taking this further I hope others will also ! Avoid !!

Last year, I wrote a negative review for this company due to waiting 2 weeks for someone to get me a return label. This year, I tried once again to get a return label. In their email, they referred to “trustpilot” which you can see in the email if I’m able to post it here. I have now been waiting a whole month and still no return label. Shocking return process for faulty goods.

The order was delayed for over a month and by that time we ordered from another provider. I've asked them numerous times to cancel the order which they didn't respect. It was then a hassle to return the item. The whole experience was terrible from the start so I would strongly avoid this company.

I placed my order for the Nothing Headphone (1) on the 12th of January and it is yet to be shipped. I have been in contact with Wonderprice via email, asking for updates and information. All I keep getting is offers of buying other more expensive products (topping up my payment).

I would not order from here if you have any sense of urgency to receive your item. Delays can happen, but 2 months and still nothing to show for it is not okay.

Wonderprice isn't exactly a scam, but it's close to it. When you order they simply buy stuff from China and put your name on the delivery note. Spent £300 on a camera, it arrived with an unusable Chinese charger, no memory card, and Chinese-only instructions. Now having to buy a charger and a card and find English-language download of the operating instructions. If you want a Chinese camera, buy it yourself direct and don't use these clowns, they do nothing except skim off a profit.

I'm still yet to receive my order which was placed on the 25th of Feb after checking all the different reviews online. The price is definitely great, however, I can't seem to find an email address or phone number to be able to find out what's happening with my item or request for a refund. The tracking details is more or less at a standstill. The delivery should have taken place as i will be travelling tomorrow. Not a good experience so far.

Ordered some headphone over 3weeks ago and still yet to receive them. No matter how many times i email or message them i receove no response. Given they said delivery is 3-5days, I have decided to dispute the charge with my credit card and raise a misrepresation case against Wonderprice.

AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM AT ALL COST.

I ordered 2 switches back in December. They spilt the order into two. One switch arrived in December but now 3 months later the second one is no where to be found. Royal Mail tracking says they are waiting for the package. Wonderprice hasn’t given me an update despite me contacting them many times and they still haven’t issued a refund for the one switch.

Still no order or refund after months of chasing

I placed an order with Wonderprice back in December and, unfortunately, I still have not received my item.

Royal Mail tracking shows that the parcel was never actually received by Royal Mail, which suggests it may not have been dispatched properly. Despite this, I have neither received the product nor a refund.

I have contacted Wonderprice more than four times since January and have not received any response. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

At this point, I am a £140 out of pocket for a product I had to buy elsewhere in time for Christmas!

I was after a Mac Mini M4 and this seller offered a new one at a substatial discount. I checked out the company and they seemed legit, so I ordered one. The delivery took much longer than originally specified and the tracking was vague. Anyway the item duly turned up 15 days after order and was indeed new sealed item. (DPD stated that it had come from Joybuy in China)
The real kicker appeared when I set the Mac up. Instead of the 12 months Apple warraty, there was only 5 weeks remaining. Accoording to Apple, the sale date was 1 April 2025! (a significant date!)
I queried this with Wondeprice and was told that 1/4/25 was when Apple had sold it to them and that they offered 12 months warranty.
To be fair, Customer Service were good at anwering queries within 24hs.
So, a very good price and cheaper than many used items on eBay. You pay your money and take a chance.

3 Month. No ipad, No refund. FRAUD!!!!
