Brilliant service and communication…
Brilliant service and communication throughout, there was no hassle finding the exact car I wanted they were thorough with all the attention to detail inside and out of the vehicle the car smelt lovely and had also been valeted and had a full service before collection as well as the paperwork, most places just want the signature but here was different they made sure we knew exactly what warranty we had and what was covered within that ( covered on everything pretty much ) along with previous service history and mot's, drove away as happy customers.
Shoutout to rich and and luke at the southampton branches who made this a pleasant and stress free experience

Great place to buy a car
Great place to buy a car. Matthew is very helpful with the process and delivered me my first car 1.8L hybrid Toyota Auris where I enjoyed driving it. Very happy my purchased and would not hesitate to recommend this to my family and friends.

I had Richard from woo carz ltd contact me about a vehicle, I told him what I wanted and the next day had the perfect car that I was looking/asked for and got the finance I needed all sorted, delivery wise they sell a lot of cars so delivery could take a little while although I only waited 7/8 days and couldn’t be happier with the car!

Amazing until your cars delivered then…
Amazing until your cars delivered then the contact stops. Tried emailing customer care but never got a response. The car had a lot more dents and scratches than I was notified of. Was dark when they delivered it so didn’t notice until it was too late. Car also had no locking wheel nuts. Said it was serviced but clearly wasn’t as my oil low light came on in the first couple of weeks. I’m now stuck with it as part ex value is way less than I owe to get out of it. Wouldn’t use them again
