2nd time I’ve used this company. I had some flooring left over from first purchase so rang them to see if they had the same batch number so I could floor another room. I was told it was the same batch so ordered it. When it arrived it was a different batch number so I rang to be told the batch number didn’t matter. Why did you not tell me that when I first rang because I would have bought it local and saved myself £50 delivery😡

Wood2U were the least expensive supplier I could find. The ordering process was faultless giving me confidence that I was dealing with a well run company. Free delivery was a welcome bonus too. I would recommend them to anyone.

Top product, Top service

Our wooden floor order was eventually located & delivered 5 days late. This was after numerous phone calls and emails trying to locate the order and them telling us it had been delivered. Communication was poor. Wood 2u are a selling agent for Quickstep and the courier service DSV is a nightmare. So if you live in Scotland I would order through a different more reliable company. Definitely would not recommend!

Ordering was easy, could choose delivery date. Driver was really pleasant and helpful. Flooring was a brilliant price and it is such good quality. Easy to fit ( my son laid it ). Absolutely over the moon with my flooring!!! Reviewed late as ordered in January but only just fitted. Thank you 😊

We ordered all the flooring to laminate our lounge and hallway. We were very happy with the service. Our flooring arrived with all packaging still in tact on the day it was meant to. We received a call before it was delivered to make sure we were home. We are very happy with the price and the quality. Our floors look amazing!

Did my order online followed by telephone queries. They were efficient n professional n responded to queries quickly. The goods r of good quality. My only qualm is that i was charged additional delivery fee because the product i wanted was not in stock n had to be sourced from elsewhere. They should have warned me or mentioned this before I confirmed my order so in total i paid £100 delivery charges which i was not very happy about. Also one of the delivery guy didnt look happy but the second one was cheerful. Also i was expecting all items to be delivered together but they were. One product was delivered the following day.

I know there is a slight colour difference between reality and online but it shouldn’t look completely different. So devasted. Never order online

I was looking for flooring that had been discontinued.
They helped me match up what I had and delivered it on time and the price was reasonable.
Will be using these guys as my flooring supplies from now on
