ABOUT US

Wood2u was formed to provide top quality wood and laminate floors at prices usually only available to the trade. Formed using the expertise of a long established flooring business who have over 50 years experience supplying and fitting floors to the Trade, Builders, Architects, and Domestic end users across Europe. We recognised a requirement for the supply of materials together with access to expert knowledge for people who wish to undertake the fitting themselves in order to obtain the cost benefits.

FREE DELIVERY*

We offer free delivery on all orders over £500. Standard delivery on our floors are £49.99. We deliver to everywhere in the UK, however additional charges may occur depending on your location. (Please see our website)

Once you have selected the items you require and you have added them into your basket, you will then need to enter your details in order to select your delivery date. The lead time on each item is listed for you, it displays the soonest available date and if required you can select this date or any date in the future. Your order will be processed, packed and stored for delivery on the date that you choose. If your order is scheduled for delivery on the soonest option please notify us at least 24hrs before delivery if your circumstances change and you need to amend the date. For orders that are booked further in advance please contact us at least 72 hours before the date that you have picked as orders that are placed in advance, may be dispatched 48Hrs prior to delivery.

FREE SAMPLES
We offer a FREE sample service to make it easier for our customers to see the colour and texture of our floors.

We aim to send you the exact sample you order, however under certain circumstances we may have to send you a different thickness to what you have ordered but the exact same colour, as our sample service is designed so you can see the colour of the floor. If you need to see a certain thickness to compare the sample that you have ordered to a floor you already have then please let us know and we can arrange that for you. We only do this so you receive the correct colour in the quickest time so you can order your flooring.

Damaged items

Quite a few of the floor boards were damaged at the corners. It was not visible from outside the boxes so it was not possible to tell at delivery. We were lucky to have bought some extra, otherwise we would not be able to finish the project.

First time purchasing from Wood2u... Not cool!

All the laminate flooring and fibreboard underlay were delivered to neighbours several houses away from mine.

I paid £49.99 for Shipping & Handling, but in the end I was the one going there a few times to bring everything back to my house.

Very Helpful

As it was an emergency case. The previous supplier told me the products were out of stock after two weeks I made the order, and the fitters were scheduled to install two days later. I called Wood2U immediately for help, and they delivered the SPC the next morning! Wonderful

Great advice on products.

Matt gave us great advice on what engineered oak flooring to go for. We borrowed samples to take home to help us match the colour we were after and try in different areas of our living room. We're really happy with the overall look of the finished floor.

Overall service was good however no…

Overall service was good however no correspondence at all was received regarding delivery. I took the day off and had to call twice no estimate of time could be given eventually turned up late afternoon on a pallet I also asked about underlay tape and was told i didnt need any for the product being purchased when it came through it stated tape should be used which i then had to purchase locally.

False advertising

First said my flooring in stock and has to be ordered within a couple of hours for 2 days delivery. Agreed certain date on website. Placed the order. Then placed the fitter order. 2 days later message me saying it cannot come as the there is no stock. Told them there website is still saying they have stock. False advertising. Complained to them saying it's not good enough and I have already paid the fitter. Didn't even have the courtesy to say it was there mistake or even offer compensation or anything.
