Wood2u was formed to provide top quality wood and laminate floors at prices usually only available to the trade. Formed using the expertise of a long established flooring business who have over 50 years experience supplying and fitting floors to the Trade, Builders, Architects, and Domestic end users across Europe. We recognised a requirement for the supply of materials together with access to expert knowledge for people who wish to undertake the fitting themselves in order to obtain the cost benefits.
FREE DELIVERY*We offer free delivery on all orders over £500. Standard delivery on our floors are £49.99. We deliver to everywhere in the UK, however additional charges may occur depending on your location. (Please see our website)
Once you have selected the items you require and you have added them into your basket, you will then need to enter your details in order to select your delivery date. The lead time on each item is listed for you, it displays the soonest available date and if required you can select this date or any date in the future. Your order will be processed, packed and stored for delivery on the date that you choose. If your order is scheduled for delivery on the soonest option please notify us at least 24hrs before delivery if your circumstances change and you need to amend the date. For orders that are booked further in advance please contact us at least 72 hours before the date that you have picked as orders that are placed in advance, may be dispatched 48Hrs prior to delivery.
FREE SAMPLESWe offer a FREE sample service to make it easier for our customers to see the colour and texture of our floors.
We aim to send you the exact sample you order, however under certain circumstances we may have to send you a different thickness to what you have ordered but the exact same colour, as our sample service is designed so you can see the colour of the floor. If you need to see a certain thickness to compare the sample that you have ordered to a floor you already have then please let us know and we can arrange that for you. We only do this so you receive the correct colour in the quickest time so you can order your flooring.

We always strive to make our delivery process as clear as possible, As per the details provided on our website and order confirmation, we delivered your order on the date you selected, the delivery service we offer is kerbside delivery. This means that an able-bodied person must be present at the delivery address to accept the goods and bring them into the property or a safe location. While the drivers may assist in certain situations, it is ultimately at their discretion. If this condition isn't met, the delivery may be unsuccessful, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Since free delivery was applied to your order, we fulfilled the delivery as outlined, but it was declined and later canceled by you.
I hope this clarifies things, and once again, I apologize for any inconvenience.

I found the website easy to use, the sales department were brilliant & managed to get some laminate flooring to me within 3 days, where I had been quoted 2 weeks by other suppliers. I requested a VAT invoice which I received immediately & the drivers that delivered my order were very accommodating, friendly & polite

Laminate Flooring in Stock
Needed replacement Laminate Flooring following a Flood and they knew immediately the style and colour I wanted, had it in stock and was able to take away within 30 minutes. Staff very friendly in Offices and Warehouse.

Unorganised and bone idle company - AVOID
Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered the floor and a week after the promised delivery date it still hadn’t arrived. I had to chase this company multiple times for an update (they didn’t get in touch once to keep us updated). The floor failed to arrive on Both of the dates that the floor was promised to arrive on . the manager is extremely rude, unorganised and apathetic. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. AVOID!

Very upset with the lack of customer…
Very upset with the lack of customer service from Woods2u in Rugby.
Having purchased LVT for a kitchen floor and recommended adhesive from Woods2u, the flooring did not adhere to the base floor, even after 24hrs the adhesive was still soft.
As this was a kitchen floor, it was impossible to use and had to resort to laying a new laminate floor over the top at additional cost.
Granted Woods2u refunded the 2 unopened boxes, I was assured that if I sent in the photos, Mike would get back to us. I did so straight away with an explanation of what happened.
Well Mike, I'm still waiting for a response.
Even if Woods2u can't do anything about the cost I incurred for what rendered to be a failed project, a response would have been better than completely ignoring us.
