The puzzles are fantastic and fun to put together. Once done I put a few coats of puzzle glue on them so I can easily display or use wall putty to hang. The only downside is I keep forgetting to enter... See more

Well described product. Invoice process showing cdn to us dollars is unclear. As the amount in Canadian shown on the cart then converts to us so it looks like we are being charged double exchange.

My thoughts

Well, I thought this was a USA company, your advertisements show US people not Asian. This is the 3rd time ordering. The recipients have enjoyed their gifts. It takes a long time to arrive because it's coming from China.

Round not Oval

I ordered the oval puzzle for my sister's birthday and recently found out she was sent the round version.
Very disappointed.

The products are perfect as expected

The products are perfect as expected, in the aspects of the overall material quality, not-too-easy-to-finish puzzle pieces, colorful and transparent as shown on the ads, nice and perfectly fit assembly parts, as well as reasonable price and shipping time, etc. Had it done and hung on the window in 2 hours and got a lot of compliments from the viewers.
With the satisfaction of the purchase, if I have to say, the package box itself was not quite presentable, not to mention one of the three boxes had a little damage on one of the corners, despite I paid $3 of delivery protection fee, and that damage made me hard to wrap it up as a gift nicely.

New addiction in retirement

I recently retired after 30 years of service with a local government agency. My daughter told me about these wooden puzzles and I now have a new addiction. These puzzles are more challenging than regular jigsaw puzzles. The detail and colors of these puzzles are out of this world. The only problem with these puzzles is they are so beautiful I can't bear to take them apart. I glue them together and hang them on my walls, I hope I don't run out of space LOL!
