Received ordered and the quality of puzzles were very good. Only feedback was I received the wrong puzzle 1 out of 3 and I didn’t receive them well after what was quoted during the order. The wrong puzzle was replaced about a week after filing the complaint.

Ordered 5 jigsaws on 6th November 2025 as Christmas presents. Firstly the delivery didn't arrive till the 28th November (a week later than delivery time) plus 2 of the jigsaws were missing. After messaging customer services on 28th November I was told they would send replacements out and they would arrive before Christmas.

I had to message customer services numerous times after this as they hadn't resent the missing puzzles and made the excuse it was there busy period so I would have to wait till they could get to it. I reminded them it wasn't my fault they failed to complete my original order and I had ordered back in November to avoid such issues with the busy Christmas period and they eventually agreed to sent the missing items on the 4th December, still stating they would arrive before Christmas.

As expected the delivery was once again late only arriving on 3 January 2026 (this time 15 days after delivery time). So had to explain to kid that the Christmas present he picked out for his mum wouldn't be there for Christmas and now having to pay extra shipping cost to sent the other jigsaw to family member who was visiting for Christmas and is now back home.

Extremely satisfied with the ordering process, as well as the quality of the puzzles themselves.

Do not buy from this company, the reviews which are on here are fake. The packaging is diabolical there is no picture to follow. I have been trying to return and am getting no where, so much so I’m putting the payment in dispute because the are not resolving the issue

It was challenging and beautiful. It would have been nice if the box had an image of the puzzle instead of a generic image and included mounting materials

Puzzles are all above expectations. Shipping took longer than anticipated. Shipping estimate was 2 weeks longer than estimated.

If is not clear where this is shipping from. This is shipping straight from China and it takes over 20 calendar days. Most reviews are not real. Do not buy from this company. The product is not worth buying at the full rate.

Beautiful product! After several emails asking about possible delivery- they finally came two days ago, however the package was open and missing one item. Emailed right away and still no response.

The product Was good quality. There was a problem with the delivery and it was delayed and hard to communicate with the company, but they eventually got it straightened out and we received the puzzle.

I love the designs and the unique pieces. These puzzles are a true challenge with a beautiful reward.

Ordered on 12/09/2025. Said shipping would be 9-15 days. Today is 12/31 - Still nothing. Checked with the shipping company you use, "status unknown". I would like a refund.

Ordered on dec. 9, only half the order has arrived. After I contacted customer service, I received a tracking number for the second half of the shipment. That order was seized by usps for counterfeit shipping. Now customer service just echoes back whatever I write to them.

We were very impressed with the quality of the puzzle we received. It became a very special gift as some of the dogs remind us of our pets. If I could give 6 stars I would.
