I requested some sample's which were not delivered but upon request further samples were supplied, without question

Ordering online was easy and the range of colours was good.
Once ordered, my item came within a week and in some of the best packaging I've comec across.

Brilliant job on my Snow white gloss MDF board, for a replacement bathroom drawer front, perfectly packaged, and looks great now it's on .

Ordered some custom sized Tobacco Aida Walnut faced chipboard shelving and the entire experience and service was second to none.

The ordering process was straight forward and the order arrived earlier than expected with good value for money after comparing with other suppliers.

Unfortunately, the courier hadn't taken much care of the delivery and despite the packing, one of the shelves had been damaged. It looked like it had been routed via a war zone.

I emailed the customer services and followed up with a phone call and they couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out. Around 3 days later, a replacement shelf arrived in pristine condition.

Would definitely use again for any future projects.

I ordered a single plank of wood to specific specifications and it arrived quickly and perfectly sized. Also it had been packed between two other lengths of wood to keep it pristine during delivery, which I was very pleased about. Excellent service.
