Briquettes and delivery service was on point.
Briquettes arrived in excellent condition.
The courier company they use on the south coast were fab, arrived on date and within the timescale given, which for me is very important as I have to travel from Basingstoke to south of Chichester to take delivery.
Sue and Mark in the office are very helpful there at the woodfuel co-operative.

Extremely good service…
I placed an order for kiln dried logs which was to be delivered exceedingly quickly within a couple of days of placing the order. The delivery date was change (by me ) because of the dangerous storm forecast conditions .
The result was a re-arranged delivery , at our convenience .
This occurred as planned ; Palletways and the driver could not have been more helpful and friendly .
An excellent service throughout

Great Value and Improved Delivery.
Great selection and value. Build your own pallet and being able to make additions is a great feature. Credit where credit is due, a much improved delivery from my previous experience. This time it was spot on. A phonecall to book in, a text on the day with a time window and subsequently delivered bang in the middle. Good job.

Great products, good delivery. I would urge them to find a way of using recyclable materials for the wrapping of the briquettes and the pallet wrapping. I've got a bin full of plastic now, which isn't great.

Hi Rob and many thanks for your review. Woodlets are our best selling product with the briquettes being held together with shrink-wrap. It's unfortunately the best way to secure such a product as paper or cardboard wouldn't provide sufficient protection from the elements. We do offer a plastic return service for all our customers - both locally here at our shop or by posting back the Briquettes wrapping to us. Your local recycling centre should also be able to help. Good product and service
Delivery was very quick. The logs burnt well and lasted about 1.5 hrs. Very little mess when handling the logs.
