Excellent service from Woods. Good choice of tables and very helpful salesman. We have always had a satisfactory purchase experience from Woods. Big shout out for delivery men George and Mark who worked so hard in the heat without complaint.

We have just purchased two sofas from woods and they are amazing the service in the shop and throughout the buying process was great.

Mark and Dylan delivered them and are a credit to their company.. they were polite, efficient and did a great job taking everything away.

Will happily use woods again.

I was lucky to happen upon the castelpoint showroom and find exactly the sofa I'd been trying to source all over the country. The sofa is extremely comfortable and well made. I was very well tended to by Bev in store. Highly recommend.

Delivered on time by 2 delivery men George & Mark. i live in a very steep narrow road but they carried the furniture down on a very hot day as they couldn't drive the lorry down. Well done guys. Unfortunately bench seat had a hole on the corner but they took photos and said Customer Sevice would sort it for me. All the rest of the furniture looks superb. Great to use a local store, would highly recommend Woods

Good sales help in the shop. We were able to see exactly what we were buying. Good price in the sale.
Easy to order in the shop and home delivery was made as promised. Careful delivery men who took away all the wrappings.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Woods Furniture.

This was our first experience of Woods. We visited the Castlepoint branch looking for Dining Room furniture. We were most impressed by the range of quality furniture on offer. We were attended to by Bev, who definitely went the extra mile to help us make the right decision for us. A sideboard, dining table and chairs were happily purchased and now sit proudly at home. A big thank you to Woods and to Bev for all of their help. Also a big thank you to the delivery team (George and Mike?) for their professional service.

Great experience from start to finish. Good to see a wide selection of quality furniture in an actual local shop. Staff in the shop were very helpful and patient. We ordered a few items which were delivered by George and Dylan who were polite and courteous despite carrying in our very heavy furniture on one of the hottest days of the year. Furniture was placed exectlat where we wanted and they even took away the packaging. Very happy customer indeed.

Mark and Dylan offered a polite, friendly, and helpful service even contacting us to ask if was convenient to deliver early.
The table was of excellent quality, easy to assemble and perfect for our room.

What a great first experience buying from Woods. Brilliant furniture with lovely service and help from Rob and Kelly in the shop, and then delivered and installed so efficiently and quickly by George and Dylan today - who put it all together in no time after carrying an 85kg table top down a return flight of stairs! Took all the packing away too. Highly recommended

We ordered a table, two benches and two chairs for our new kitchen, we are delighted with them all. The service from Woods was excellent, although we had to wait for a while it was well worth it. One of the chairs had some damage to one of the legs, not the fault of Woods as everything was well wrapped. I contacted the customer service department and spoke to Anya who was very helpful in getting a replacement set of legs sent out very quickly. Great service from Anya and the staff at Woods. Thank you.

This is a good old fashioned company, that treats its customers well, although they use the latest technology I was able to complete my purchase over the phone, which gave me extra reassurance. Delivery even over a long distance was reasonably priced, efficient with excellent communications. I am super pleased I chose Woods, special mention for Dylan & Mark who did the delivery and went the extra mile, pardon the pun, thank you.

Beautiful furniture, bought 4 items from their newly opened Bournemouth store. Staff there fantastc with help,delivery top class, Mark and Dylan put furniture exactly where I wanted and took away all packaging and were so kind and helpful. 100% pleased.

Beautiful stools at a great price with brilliant personal service, it was really helpful to be able to pick up the phone and speak to someone direct as I had an unusual delivery request and they were more than happy to help. I have already recommended woods furniture to my sister in law.

Purchased the Sutton Dining table and Fratton benches. We had some trouble working out whether we needed left hand or right hand facing benches. My parents were able to go in store and call me, getting assistance from the lovely, Karen, who measured up for us, confirmed what we needed and I then called in the afternoon to place the order. Ordered Monday, delivered on the Thursday. Attentive throughout, super friendly and polite. Furniture is stunning, clearly well made. Very happy overall.

We bought a dinning table and 6 chairs from Woods Furniture. We ordered the table online but wanted more detail about the chairs so we contacted them on a Sunday. The answered the call and the lady showed us around their showroom using her phone. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She arranged to add the chairs to the delivery with the table and it came within the week. The quality of the items is fantastic and the delivery experience was very good. Overall they were great and we will use them again.1
