I made the biggest mistake of my life ,by subscribing to woofpacks,they send 3 cheap Chinese made toysand a couple of sample treats for $45 plus $8 shipping and taxes,what a robbery, i could get 6 durable toys for my dogs at Costco for $25 plus tax.
If you try to cancel, noone pay attention, and they claim a superior customer service,what a joke, .
Do NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE IT IS A SCAM

Great toys, good quality and good selection.

I have 6 dogs and they are great at making orders good to satisfy all my dogs

We have a new puppy and originally started with the heavy chewer package however our little guy prefers softer toys We reached out and had immediate response very professionally handled Our little guy even knows which package is his already

My dog is a retriever and will not play with the dogs. She will not eat their treats. The treats are a weird texture.
Their customer service is slow and unhelpful. They have no desire to have happy customers. They make it impossible to get your subscription canceled.

My girls are extreme chewers and can go through a beef leg bone within a couple of weeks. These toys have lasted since Christmas and are still going strong. The treats have all been limited ingredients and I like that. The price is reasonable compared to pet stores for subscriptions and I like the fact that it comes right to my mailbox.

Would not recommend getting these boxes the toys don’t last. We didn’t have the items more than a day and had to throw out the toys. Customer service is horrible when trying to cancel all you get is a hard time and a run around by the staff they just keep making excuses for their products will NEVER use this subscription service again.

After receiving the first box, I reached out to customer service to inquire if we could swap out the treats for a toy instead, as my puppy only eats a certain kind of treats. The response was very quick and friendly. I was assured that was no problem at all and to reach out at any time if I had any other questions. I appreciated the excellent customer service.

We have 3 Galgos, and they know when the Woof Pack arrives. The toys are so well made and designed, that none have been destroyed. The treats are of the highest quality. It is important to us to buy Canadian, and Woof Pack is a Canadian Company. I have given Woof Pack as a welcome gift to some of our families newest 4 legged members. A great experience for all!

Customer service is excellent! Our dog is a heavy chewer so although the toys are durable he was able to rip chunks off of a rubber ring toy so we had to take it away from him. He has enjoyed all the other toys.

I was very pleased with customer service had a couple small issues with product witch were taken care of very fast had issues with delivery company delivering to wrong address once and left it outside my property another time I was ready to cancel but woof pack went out of there way to use different delivery option to make sure I got it and my dogs love the treats very high quality better then what I expected

I purchased a subscription for my sister as a gift. I was very pleased that there were options that could accommodate her dog's missing teeth, such as the stuffies and the soft treats. When my sister said that she was receiving treats and toys faster than Bobby could use them, Woof Pack customer service was very helpful in timing the boxes to arrive every second month so that the boxes wouldn't pile up.

My first couple boxes were ok my dog was chewing/eating all his toys. So i contacted them and they said they could change it to a tough chewer. Very smooth process. I cannot wait to see the next box! 5 stars for customers service and getting back to me so quickly.

Wonderful company . My French bulldog gets excited every time he see’s the Woof box show up at the door . He especially likes the toys which I find very durable for a bulldog compared to others . Mostly I find this company very supportive and timely in all of their deliveries and responses to any inquiries may have

My dog Tia, a terrier mix, loves her Woof pack! She seems to know it’s for her even before I open it up. The toys are much more resilient than most as Tia can get the squeaky out of a cheap toy in a few minutes. The woof pack toys are almost indestructible! The snack are terrific and she’s been occupied with this months chef’s hat trying to get the snacks out for a few hours. Tia is a high energy dog and I’m very grateful to have Woof pack delivered!

Durable toy was not Durable by any means, gone in seconds. This month's dog treats I came across something inside im not sure if its supposed to be in there but it was sharp and looked like a bone.
Not only are these packs way over priced. We are very disappointed this month

I would caution folks from engaging with this company. they are unresponsive to complaints with extensive use of AI that does not respond to customers requests. They are slow to respond. They may create the facade of being customer focused but this is a facade. The contents of the boxes are inconsistent - $60 for two inadequate toys and two small bags of treats. You can decide if that is value for money. It is sad.

Toys are creative and fun for my dog. He loves the treats! When I had an issue they were very responsive!
