We’ve been so happy with Woof Pack! This is the first subscription box we’ve ever tried for our dog, and the customer service has been a solid 5 stars.
Anytime there’s been an issue or something hasn’t gone quite as planned, they’ve always stepped up to make it right. Their responses are always within a reasonable timeframe and never feel like a generic auto-reply. Since every dog is different, I really appreciated that after I filled out a survey, a representative emailed me to help fine-tune the box specifically for my pup.

Got my first box very happy with treats and my dog also I was surprise they love the treat was worried they would not and well to my surprise they love it the toys are so cute my dog love the plush toy was a bit scared of the other one but I change my subscription to full plush instead and costumer service reply so fast and help me do the change very helpful and amazing service I will recommend these to my family and friends

Complete and total ripoff. Poor customer service, I signed up for a plan that clearly states it comes with free extra toys and free shipping and they refuse to uphold that since I’m already stuck in the subscription. Toys I do receive are not good quality or engaging for my dog, he genuinely doesn’t show any interest in the toys they send me

My pups absolutely love their Woof Pack box! We’ve only had the subscription a few months but it’s been a hit!

We subscribed to the 6 month box subscription back in October and we have been delighted at every one. Especially the dog!!! He gets really excited when the boxes arrive lol. Lots of good quality treats and fun toys; a good variety of different options that come in each box every month. One box came with a collar tag that links to an app which was a nice surprise. Whenever I have to get in touch with their customer support, it’s been efficient and friendly service. We will receive our last 6 month box this month, but it was easy to switch to a plan that suits our needs better now. It’s easy to switch your subscription and the contents of your boxes. Would be happy to recommend WoofPacks to anybody!

The dogs are enjoying their toys and treats! I am enjoying the ease of having quality toys and yummy treats show up at my door monthly! When I had a problem they were helpful in fixing it. I didn't give a perfect score because sometimes the treats are repeated and it happened to be a treat that one of my dogs didn't like very much.

My baby girl just LOVES that little brown box, she even seems to know WHEN it's going to be arriving 🤭🤗

The nylon toys are extra strong for my power chewed chocolate pup. He carries them everywhere and gets very excited when the box arrives.

Woof pack is very accommodating to needs. I.e. types of toys, allergies etc. And are always trying to help the customer receive the best experience. They deserve more than a 5 star rating

Great products! My dogs love most of the treats and customer service has been incredible. They're super responsive and friendly. The toys in the packages are fantastic. My dogs had had fun getting a new package every month! I highly recommend woof packs!

These guys really are fantastic when it comes to my frenchie Herbert !!! Quick responses and great customer service when needed, toys , treats, and chews for my aggressive chewer that he runs to the door for when the box arrives. My dog absolutely loves woof pack his joy in opening to box snd playing makes this the perfect subscription

I love the monthly themes. A different few toys each time is perfect. plus the added bonus of treats and a bone. The subscription is so great and worth every penny. As well as the customer service is always great.

I was a little leary at first, even asked for a refund of my 6 month subscription. I realized, though, as time went by, they read my reviews and responded with how they could make it better. My dog is a chewer, I upgraded to the harder toys, he loved them, he wasn't a fan of some of the treats, so they suggested a couple of bully type treats, he loved them. Their attention to my dogs needs is what would bring me back over and over...They care about our pets. HIGHLY recommend this Canadian owned company!

I have subscribed to Woof Pack and my pup has enjoyed the toys she has received. I needed to go up in the toughness and she doesn't really enjoy the treats and for both of those situations, Woof Pack adjusted our monthly box to accommodate what we want to receive. The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this service for your pups too.

My dog loves their toys, for sure if your dog is a heavy chewer, they might go through the plush toys quickly, but if you do keep a eye, I normally can take it and repair it myself so it last longer. Their customer service is also very good and fast to reply. We even got to try the chewer box and love the items so far!

Great box every month for my dog!! He loves it. So much fun to see what the theme will be every month. Would definitely recommend this box to other dog owners!!

The first box we got the dogs absolutely destroyed the toys in a couple of minutes 😞 I reached out the the team and they changed our order to only nylon toys for heavy chewers, AND replaced the toys that didn't last. Above and beyond!!

Both of our dogs are super excited when the box arrives, and they LOVE the selection of treats that come as well!!

Had an issue with delivery, and they sent out a replacement. Little pup loves all the treats especially.

Only the best experience with woof pack, excellent toys but mainly the customer service is exceptional! Highly recommend.

Buyer beware! Not only do they have horrible customer service, but they will not let you cancel your 12 month subscription before the 10 month mark. My circumstances changed, and I asked for an early cancellation, however there was no grace given whatsoever. I tell anyone I can, never to buy from this company. Also, the toys and treats they supply are garbage! My dog won’t eat any treats they’ve sent, and the toys last a week at most. Save yourself the headache of this company!!!
