The WoofPack family is amazing. Very responsive to emails and always has a resolution for any issues. They are more than happy to tailor the boxes to your pet. The toys and treats are top notch and my furbabe Bella-Rosa LOVES when her boxes come in. Highly recommend if you want to spoil your doggos! And they now have a MeowBox!!

Woof Pack is absolutely amazing. Not only do they send healthy treats, with the ingredients clearly listed, but their toys are absolutely fantastic. They have monthly themes and different types of toys. From stuffies to tough chew toys, they don't disappoint. I've recommended Woof Pack to family and friends.

Love Woof Pack! When I got our first box, we had a toy the dogs destroyed in minutes. I contacted them and we switched to the harder toy. So helpful and now , no issues! The themes every month is so much fun as well

My experience with Wolfpack has overall been pretty terrible. I purchased a single six month subscription. My reason for choosing Wolfpack over other companies was a promotion that included free shipping for the boxes. That turned out to be deceptive advertising as only the first box had free shipping, which immediately tacked an additional $8 onto every other box in the subscription. I stuck it out through the subscription since my dog did seem to like most of the toys. However, the month after the subscription ended, I received a charge in the middle of the night for a new box. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that any request to cancel the subscription would need to be made 15 days ahead of time. I immediately told them that I did not consent to a new subscription or any recurring charges and was told that, unfortunately, the charge had already been made so they were left with no choice but to ship the box. I explained that I no longer live at the address that the initial subscription was being sent to so they demanded a new address so they could send the box to that address. Despite multiple refusals to provide a new address since that implied, the box had not been sent and could easily just be not sent, they were adamant about not reversing the charges and sending a box anyway. Their practices are non transparent and they obviously care much more about a sale than business ethics. I have never before been forced to purchase an item I adamantly told a company I did not want. Save yourself the trouble and look for a subscription box elsewhere.

They ate the worst company I have ever dealt with, you get sucked in to their boxes, so be careful, before you know it you are committed to $70 a month plan for cheap toys and treats. They also are very difficult to contact. I had a page open and checked my last order and somehow they added $70 worth of bones and I hadn’t even click the submit button. I don’t recommend, just go to the local pet store for better products. Not happy at all.

Great service and convenience. Toys were durable and loved by the pups. Treats were tasty according to them.

I asked to cancel my 6 month subscription and was advised I could not and asked why I wanted to cancel. I let them know that my dog has passed away and I did not want monthly reminders. I never heard back from them. Terrible inconsiderate and greedy company.

Dogs enjoy toys. Had trouble with the harder treats, so changed to all toys. Appreciate making changes to my order for my dogs!

I have a little 10 lb havanese. I ordered 12 months work of Woof Packs when my little guy was 3 months old. He gets so excited when I open the box every month. Unfortunately, except for the banana chips, my pup does not care for the treats. I recently reached out to Woof pack about it and they offered to replace the 2 packs of treats with either 2 chew sticks are 1 toy. I opted for the toy as my pup loves to play! Highly recommend Woof pack to all my pet loving friends!

Every time i have any issues, the customer service is phenomenal and they always do their very best to help me. This company is wonderful!!

We signed up for the 12 month subscription we've only recieved two boxes so far. The first box was great, the second box we weren't overly impressed with. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and made it right! Very impressed with the level of customer service. We hope to enjoy the next 10 months of boxes! We're even thinking about signing up for the purrrbox.

I am SO Disappointed with customer service- after receiving one box I emailed customer service explaining the toys ended up not being my dog’s style. He likes a plush stuffed toy and while soft, none of these toys fit that type of toy. He hasn’t touched any of these toys at all. He loves his plush dog toys and packs them around everywhere but Woof Box’s toys just don’t fit the type he likes. We have 11 out of 12 boxes left and the only solution given was to include an additional toy. I am not complaining about the box, I am sure many dogs enjoy the style of toy they offer. My dog just isn’t interested. Due to the customer service, I won’t recommend to anyone despite it being a cute subscription.

These guys are incredible. Tried to support them. But my dog doesnt like there stuff. They said to bad and I have to pay for the next ten boxes anyways. Never in my life have I been forced to by a product by anyone that's insane. Customer service must have shares in the company complete scammers. Shopify is just as bad for passing off my credit card information to these scammers and then not backing up there platform ill never buy on shopify again scam app and merchants amazon is way better
