We love the monthly themed boxes and the treats are amazing! I always look for limited ingredients, these treats check all the boxes and my dogs absolutely love them. Customer service is top notch and they go above and beyond. Thank you!

They dont tell you that when you order a subscription that you cant cancel it. They wont help you, they wont work with you. They dont care.

On top of that, the treats they send are stale, and expired.

Do NOT use this horrible useless company that only wants your money. Absolutely crap customer service.

My girl Eider loved the toys (the cactus bounced and squeaked, flower made crinkle noises and the trowel was squeaky too), and of course the treats. I loved the treats because they are Canadian!! Great packaging and carefully wrapped. Great products!!!

Woof Pack is a great service for pets who love toys. They are great quality and are part of a new theme each month! The treats are devoured quicker than you can say Woof Pack! Thank you for excellent customer service as well!

I'm really unhappy with the service, or lack there of. I got my first box for my power chewer. I was supposed to get a free extra toy, which I didn't get. But that's not my main issue. I ordered this box because the toys were supposed to be indestructible... Well they're not. My dogs chewed them all up within 12 hours. So I decided to cancel my subscription. But when I tried to cancel my subscription, I wasn't able to. The site asks that you email them and "we can talk about my subscription together". Well no one emailed me back and they tried to take money out of my account today. At a much higher cost even. So no, I'm not happy with them and I will never recommend them.

I signed up for the box with soft toys for my Chihuahua, which is information they ask for at the time of sign up. My first box was a super chewer box, the toys were so big and heavy that my chihuahua couldn't even pick them up. Their resolution for the mistake was to offer to add an extra toy to my next box. An extra toy for an entire box that was incorrect, I don't think so. They finally agreed to send me 3 new toys rather than the 1 extra toy. Next they send me the new toys, these new toys are the biggest toys available for purchase on their website, almost 12 inches. Again I reach out to them. At every point of contact I have asked if I could just cancel my 6 month membership because this just isn't working for either of us. The response today was they can cancel my membership for $50. I am supposed to pay them $50 to cancel a membership they have yet to get right? If you have a small dog, don't waste your time. I was with barkbox for 5 years before my dog passed away, never an issue. Not sure why I decided to give these guys a try but I totally regret it.

This is a great company. Anytime I have had a problem they have fixed it. They have great toys and they're treats are amazing all 100% natural . You can't go wrong with this company

**UPDATE: after escalating to a manager, Woof Pack came through with a fair resolution — a replacement chew and my choice of 2 toys from the Flower Market collection. it took some back and forth to get here, but they did ultimately make it right. cautiously optimistic going forward. **

I wanted to like Woof Pack so much — I was genuinely excited to share an unboxing and had high hopes going in. Unfortunately my first experience has been really disappointing.

I ordered specifically based on a Flower Market box promotion, but received a mix of two different themes. When I reached out, I was told this is how the Double 1st Box promo works — but that was never made clear at the time of purchase. The same box was still being actively advertised two weeks after my order, which made the whole thing feel like I'd received leftover stock.

On top of that, the bully sticks arrived smelling strongly of manure — bad enough that I won't be using them at all. That's a product quality issue I'd expect any company to take seriously.

After multiple emails, the only resolution offered was an extra toy in a future box — twice. I've now had to request a manager escalation just to be heard. I've also since learned I'm LOCKED into a 6-month subscription term that wasn't clearly disclosed when I signed up, which makes this first impression even harder to overlook.

I hope they make it right — I'll update this review if they do. But right now I can't recommend subscribing until their communication around promotions and customer service response improves.

I love Woof Pack....more importantly my dog loves Woof Pack. The toys are great and the treats are excellent quality. My dog has some allergies and I let customer service know and they came up with a great solution. This is definitely the monthly box your dog needs and it's CANADIAN :)

This company is terrible for cancelling subscriptions. 4 emails to cancel. Finally done.

My dog loves all the toys he is getting with this box! The themes are so cute. He's also a very picky eater, but loves all the treats included!

We love the toys! Fun and durable for my 25 pound rescue. But she is a very picky eater and never likes the treats.

Ive been getting these boxes for a year and there seems to be a consistent problem of my packages never being delivered. I also order pup box and never have an issue with that one. Woof Pack isnt wanting to make this right by sending a new box. I've checked with my neighbors, landlord and usps and they do not have it. I can't recommend this company whrn im spending over $50 a month and get nothing

Great customer service and a nice selection of goodies for the doggo!
Fast communication from the team.

Unfortunately I do have to leave a negative review after being ignored for 2 weeks by customer service. We were unhappy with the contents especially one hard plastic toy that broke into pieces and was a choke hazard. No refund, no reply and still can't cancel my subscription.

Convenience and service are 5 stars. My dog goes insane every time I bring in the mail now, which makes me very happy.

Most of the time the treats are a freeze dried meat.
Personally I didn’t find the best value since my guy is picky, and toys go on sale often enough that maybe it’s not worth it if your dog is picky too. Over all I’m happy, my dog is very happy with it- his toy bin and his belly are full.

We purchased the Woof Pack Chewers box as a gift for our Cockapoo's 1st Birthday as he could destroy a toy in minutes. We have received 2 box's since and the toys have totally held up. I decided that maybe changing the box to a mix of toys might be good idea and reached out. I heard back in less then 24 hours with no issue. We have had an amazing experience thus far.

Ordered the chewer pack for my fur babies. They love the toys and the toys are well made. Very durable. They also love all the treats. Will definitely recommend woof pack to anyone.
