Have bought a 60HE keyboard and used it for a couple of days. Keyboard was good and I liked it but decided to return it as I found they actually have the 80HE model for preorder which suits my use case better. Have sent the return parcel by UPS. Then for over a month still no refund.

Tried to track the package and found it got stuck somewhere during the transfer. I was concerned it might have got lost so had sent a couple of emails asking if they could contact the courier and help with this, but got the exact same response every time "The parcel is okay you'll get updates in a couple of days". Apparently not being the case and I really wish they could have explained with more details rather than the same robotic response every time.

Was thinking of purchasing 80HE but now unlikely to do so for so much hassle caused by customer support, and production seems to be delayed for over a month as they initially estimated. Would now prefer mainstream brands for similar prices and quality but much less hassle for everything else.

Follow-up: After contacting the courier, it turned out that the document Wooting provided for customs clearance wasn't accurate and missing key information. After getting this information from Wooting the package finally got clearance and the return was finished. The whole process took 6-7 weeks. Wooting should be responsible for providing accurate information so as not to cause this excessive delay, instead of leaving it to the customers to figure out which was very frustrating.

Great products, still waiting in my wooting UwU board, customer service is helpful and the company is amazing. I bought the keyboard for osu! and I am excited to see how it holds up!

I auto filled the wrong address for delivery. The issue was resolved basically overnight. Can’t ask for a better experience if I’m being honest.

I think a lot of people saw the videos about new features in keyboards for you ( SOCD ) . you guys added this so quick and to old products that is just mind blowing i wish more companies were like this . 24 hours just wow. Really great job and you should feel proud <3

After unpacking the Wooting Blank Keyboard Switch Toolkit, I was disappointed to find that it didn't match the pictures. The switch puller was damaged, specifically the part that contacts the switch during removal. It appeared used and worn before being packaged. The switch lube was lumpy and inconsistent. Additionally, the switch opener seemed to loosen the switch housing after use. These issues have forced me to put my dream 60he build on hold, as the toolkit seems more likely to damage my 60he and its components rather than assist in assembly. Now, the toolkit, along with my aftermarket case, custom 3D printed switch films, pudding keycaps, and magnetic jade switches, have been collecting dust for nearly a year now.

P.s wooting has put a time limit on reviews, so they give customers a limited amount of time to review the product which i personally find questionable.

Wooting has one of the best support i ever put my sight on, also keyboards are litterally the best on market because of hall effect feature, quality and software, also huge thanks for linux support.

I forgot to fill in my email address when I placed the order, and customer service responded to me quickly after I sent an email. And bound the order to my account.
