Wooting support is great, they are very helpful and take almost no time to reply to you.
Their products such as keyboards, keycaps, cables etc, are also top of the line and totally give you a competitive advantage

I am very grateful to the support team. I had some questions about an address update with my pre-order, and they handled it quickly and also double-checked to see if everything was in order. It was fast and easy.

I had a quick question regarding configuration of the Wooting 80HE module and Anders was very quick to reply and help me out, giving me all the relevant info I needed.

Had to cancel my order, customer Support helped swiftly and the refund is already pending on my banking app 1 day later!

First of all, creativity in this product is good enough. I've been using 60HE for over a year and had 0 problems and a great job with the keyboard itself.

Waiting for my 80HE and quite excited about that too!

Even though the customer service understandably responded 2 days late (probably had something to do with weekends), my payment problem I had was handled without hassle.

Honestly, it feels like cheating to play on this keyboard. Just be careful what model you choose as 60% layout can be quite challenging to get used to for some people.

realy good service . worth it for sure easy to use software. built in to the key board. good for all gameing not just for pros. could not belive it made such a difference. thx wooting
