I keep getting the run around

I keep getting the run around. Nobody wants to give a person another chance. If a person needs the money to start a home business so that they can stay at home and take care of an elderly spouse, they will not grant you the money. I need the money to get my bills up to date and to file for a grant to pay off the money.

I Think this was very pis poor customer service where you are being asked to submitted all of you Vidal documentation and no one from this company care to get on the phone with you. They just treat you like a number and only care for what they want. Even-thought, You sent and request for a phone call til today no one replied nor called back. very! very! bad customer service
