Counterfeit products listed as…

Counterfeit products listed as ‘licensed’. Contacted to attempt a return and told to pay shipping. Other item ordered also unlicensed counterfeit and broke within one week of use for which I was only offered a partial refund. Wanted to support a ‘small business’ but it seems I’ve just been dropshipped cheap crap masqueraded as ‘genuine’.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We work with numerous customers each day and always strive to offer help and support wherever possible. We genuinely attempted to work with you to resolve the issue but you decided to not respond to us and then spend time leaving a negative review.

As we clearly communicated, we are happy to replace items or provide refunds if the products are returned in their original, unopened packaging. However, we are unable to offer refunds for items that have been used and subsequently damaged. Unfortunately, when an item has been broken through customer use, we cannot take responsibility for it or provide a refund.

We sincerely regret that we could not meet your expectations on this occasion and appreciate your understanding that we have limitations to the support we can provide.

Purchased a Harry Potter sign for my…

Purchased a Harry Potter sign for my wife’s birthday. Really happy with the communication and help seeing as I didn’t know what type I wanted etc. Works of Wisdom couldn’t have been more helpful. Quick delivery, would highly recommend. Thank you

Very pleased with the product,delivery and service!

Very pleased with the Snackels I brought for my granddaughters. The price was was good and so was the postage and service. I was also pleased with the quick delivery. I will definitely be buying from this shop again! 😊
