Great service fixing an issue with my Formular Z10…
I had an issue with my Formular Z10 Box. I raised a ticket online that evening and woke up to a reply very early the following morning with clear instructions to return. World of satellite received my box and it was fixed and returned within a day. I couldn't have hoped for a faster, more efficient turnaround.

SF8008 unresponsive after update
I flashed an image onto a spare slot and the box was unresponsive after the update was completed. Raised a ticket and received simple easy to follow instructions from Stef on how to resolve the issue and was back up and running within an hour great service. Delivery was also quick, purchased the receiver one day and it arrived the next.

It arrived very promptly, and is a great little reciever.
But I could not get it to connect to the internet.
So I contacted World of Satellite for help.
They were very patient, and went through things I might have set up wrong. After trying their suggestions I was quickly connected to the internet.
A great product at a good price, and very good customer service.

My first experience with WoS
This was my first time buying from WoS and can honestly say what a great experience. Not just the fast delivery but also great customer service.
I was looking to buy the TiVuSat package for my mum so she could watch her Italian TV. Not being an expert, I emailed customer services and got an almost immediate response from Stef. After a few email exchanges, I felt reassured and bit the bullet and don't have any regrets. There was no pushy sales to upgrade dish or LNB etc., but just good old honest advice.
I really can't recommend this company enough and have no hesitation in using them again.

I bought a Gigablue Satellite box plus LNB from them, very good service, they supplied plenty of notifications of the dispatch and delivery dates.
I had a few small issues after I installed the unit which were quickly resolved by their technical team, all in all a very good customer experience.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Ordered a new Technomate satellite receiver which arrived as promised. I had difficulty setting up the receiver as it differed from my previous receiver. I could not get it to scan Astra 19.2 and Hotbird 13. Contacted the Support during the evening with my problem, Stef replied the following morning at 8:15. The instructions provided worked immediately and sorted the issue.

Great Service. Let down by delivery
I was amazed at the ease of being able to order my VU+ Uno 4K SE at the touch of a button. The dropdown menus made it easy to pick and choose different add-ons. Product was dispatched very fast but the letdown was delivery. No explanation was given why product was delivered a day later than expected. Overall great customer service, kept upto date every step of the way from processing to being dispatched.

According to the DPD tracking delivery was attempted on the 16th November at 17:13:
Unable to deliver, calling card left - 6006XXXX
Calling Card Left SMS notification sent & Calling Card Left Email notification sent. They have provided a photograph of your front door as proof of the attempted delivery.
Your order went out for re-delivery and was delivered on the 17th November.
It seems issue was no one was able to accept the delivery on the 16th.
