Excellent Service
I purchased a GigaBlue satellite receiver from World-of-Satellite. The purchase went smoothly and the receiver worked fine until it lost the few recordings I'd made. I contacted the supplier who identifed the problem which resulted in our swapping out the machine's hard disk drive. This effected a cure and I was a happy chappy! The support from World-of-Satellite was quick, friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Oh, and the satellite receiver is good too!

Very Helpfull Customer Service
Messaged to ensure that item was in stock for next day delivery which I received confirmation and a reply back from Stef almost immediately, placed order immediately once confirmed, and received shipping information from DHL that the delivery had been arranged. Unfortunately delivery did not show next working day but this was purely all down to DHL and not store (1 Star for DHL) Stef has been chasing DHL to ensure delivery is received and keeping me updated along the way. Could not fault the store and the customer service and will use them again.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. I bought a satellite receiver from World of Satellite. After faultless performance for about 18 months or so I foolishly decided the receiver need an entirely unnecessary update. I made a horrible mess of the updating process. Thereafter it no longer booted and I was convinced it was bricked. But then World of Satellite came to the rescue. I posted the item to them and they fixed it and returned it back to me the same day. 100% FREE OF CHARGE. How good is that?
