Perhaps I placed an order when the logistics company used was having problem with its tracking system causing me a long wait for my purchase.
Perhaps the next time I make a purchase such problems will be long gone!

Order processed very well, with updating via tracking. Only blip was it took slightly longer to receive the goods than expected, which was down to the courier. Customer services chased for me and it arrived the next day, so thanks again World Lab.

Great products confusing shipment tracking messages

Using the my orders in my account function it looked like my parcel had been misdelivered, it turned out the courier service used drops off at lockers en route and it wasn't with customer just with an intermediary cusotmer. The end consumer just need an intransit message.
