Only a small order, springs for Felco secateurs, but easily found on web site, order process quick and easy, updates on progress of order and expected delivery time. Order placed late Monday evening, goods arrived Wednesday morning, excellent service and information flow. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

My only comments would be that when clicking on most popular models (Felco Small Loppers model no.20) there was no description of the product other than the price and if you click on the link for Cutters, they are not even listed there????

I am very happy with the quality and functionality of the secateurs purchased, top notch!!! By far the best around (in my opinion). Wanting to take the best possible care of these i also ordered a adjustment key for when i need to take them apart for cleaning / adjustment, however on receiving the secateurs they already had an adjustment key in the packaging... rather frustrating as there was no mention of this anywhere on the product details - so wasted £5 for nothing!!

Overall a good experience, great product but lacking detailed information on the website.

A simple email informing me that the secateurs came with an adjustment key would have made this a 5 star review!!!

Ordered Felco 2 secateurs on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. The price was very competitive too.

The courier delivered he items very quickly, within just 2 days of purchase and left them as per the instructions I was able to give online.

My first experience of ordering from Worldoffelco was excellent. I ordered a replacement spring for my secateurs on the Friday morning, within an hour I had received an email saying they had been sent and on Saturday morning they arrived with the post! It is rare to receive such service with free postage as well.

Buy with confidence. I placed my order early afternoon on Thursday and received it with the 9.00 o'clock post Friday. Excellent.
